Podere tre termini ist eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, dank der ruhigen Lage in toscanischem Ambiente und des großen Pools, der den schlechten Zugang zum Strand vergessen lässt. Sehr günstiger überdachter Parkplatz.

In dieser schönen Wohnung auf dem Land findet man Ruhe und Erholung. Der kleine Pool rundet das positive Erlebnis ab. Zum Strand muss man 9 km fahren, aber das nimmt man gerne in Kauf.

Herrlich ruhig

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, Grünanlagen und Pool sind wunderbar gepflegt. Alleine die Auffahrt mit Zypressenallee sorgt für Urlaubsgefühl pur. Dass die Anlage etwas abseits liegt, fanden wir ein absolutes Plus, wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Internetverbindung war einwandfrei, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Die Wohneinheiten ansich sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben nichts vermisst, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienanlage am Rande von Cecina

Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen als Familie mit zwei Kids (1,5 und 3,5) in der Ferienanlage. (in den älteren Wohneinheiten, CEC171) Die Lage ist toll, sehr ruhig außerhalb der Stadt Cecina, umringt von Olivenbäumen und Zypressen. Die Ferienanlage inkl. Unterkunft ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier würde bei vielen Dingen eine Erneuerung bzw. Raparatur gut tun. Das würde auch das Flair nochmal deutlich steigern. Alles in allem aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Toskana.
