Beach Front 3BR 2 BA Villa Siesta Key Village

All new interior while directly on the sandy beaches of Siesta Key

This property is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath direct Siesta Key Beachfront unit. It has direct access right off the patio into the Siesta Key sand and surf.

It is a fabulous renovated one-story unit with beautiful granite countertops, smooth, cool tile, and very pleasant beachy colors throughout. New stainless steel appliances, cool, central air and ceiling fans are sure to make everyone comfortable. The view from the patio says it all. Sunsets to sunrises and everything in between is sure to be enjoyed to the fullest from the spacious patio.

The first and second bedrooms both have king beds. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper pullout in the living room. Sleep on this and watch the waves roll in!
There is room for 4 cars.
We also have other great Siesta Key properties if this one is not available.

It is located about a 3 minute walk to Siesta Key Village which is where all the shops, restaurants and bars are located.
It is 10 miles to SRQ airport, an hour drive to St Pete Airport and an hour and 15min drive to Tampa Airport.
Orlando is 2 hours North, Tampa/St.Pete 1 hour North, Miami 3 Hours south.

Sunny beaches with crystal-white, powdery sand that stretch for miles. Shops from the chic and elegant to the hip and funky, with all sorts of fashion, beach accessories and souvenirs. Restaurants where you can go to grab a quick breakfast or lunch in your flip-flops and sandy toes, or to relax in style over an extraordinary dinner.
Balmy breezes. Dolphins and manatees. Pelicans, egrets, osprey, seagulls and a variety of shorebirds. Walk the beach or stretch out in the sun. Play a game of tennis or volleyball, ride a bike, fly a kite…whatever you want to do. Our tropical climate makes every sort of outdoor activity available and enjoyable nearly year-round.

Beautiful home - perfect location!

We loved our stay! Ron was easy to reach and wonderful to work with. The space was plenty for our family of 5. It was clean and cozy inside. There were chairs, umbrellas and toys that we were able to bring to the beach. The patio has an amazing open view of the beach. There is a hose as you enter the patio to help keep the sand where it belongs. The location is within walking distance to Siesta Key Village as well.

Great location

The home is on the beach with ocean views from the living room and patio, including great sunsets. It’s also only a few blocks from restaurants and stores. It’s an ideal location for anyone, especially a family. The home has all that you need.

Perfect sunsets!

Perfect location to watch beautiful sunsets without leaving your home. The house was beautifully equipped, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Loved that the beach was right outside the door!

Location, location, location!

Celebrated our mom’s 94th birthday with her 5 children. The location of the property was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view from our patio was breathtaking. Sunsets could be seen every night over the ocean. Owner was great to work with! Enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Beautiful Location

This is the best beach location on Siesta Key! I would definitely recommend the property for couples or families who want to be right on the beach. Ron provided excellent communication and the property had so many conveniences of home. We had to leave 2 days early due to red tide, but that would not stop us from renting the same place next time.

Wonderful family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family! Waking up to the amazing view of the beautiful beach and ocean was such a treat. Not mention the sunsets were picturesque every single night. The home was clean and the perfect size for our family of 5. With The Village being only 2 blocks away, we were able to walk to everything which was so much fun every night. We can't wait to go back, we absolutely LOVED it!!

Fabulous view of sunrise and sunset

This rental guarantees you the most wonderful and comfortable stay in one of the prettiest spots you could ever hope for. The deck view of a huge expanse of white sand and sea at all times of the day is a distinct pleasure. The house is beautifully appointed, everything you need is there. The king sized beds are very comfortable, often not the case in rentals. The location is Siesta Key is ideal, walkable to everything, not to mention the easy access to the famous crescent beach. Every day we delighted in the view from the deck of all the walkers, cyclists, fishermen, pelicans, and even dolphins. And the owner Ron is quite wonderful, there within minutes if you find anything is a amiss or lacking. Incredible stay. This was our second time staying at this property. The property is right on the water and has incredible sunset views. The property is clean, well kept, and has a great layout, with a great back patio to enjoy sunsets! We also love the ease of walking into the village for dinners, cocktails, or shopping.

Paradise on Siesta Key Beach

AMAZING!!!!

Amazin stay with my wife and three adult daughters right on the sand of Siesta Key Beach. The location was amazing. You can literally walk to multiple restaurants, shops and bars in mostly all of the food was incredible at Siesta Keys. Victor location location location.!!! And on another note, the owner Ron was amazing great communication and great person actually got to meet him thanks again and definitely will be back there as soon as I can get a plan to book again

Great spot and great host!

I’ll start off by saying the property was exactly like the listing. The beach wasn’t that busy in the location of the property and it was a very short walk to the village. Ron was great and stayed in contact from before check in and throughout our stay. Will definitely book again!
