Inside, this home is beautifully decorated and can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. This home comes equipped with a full kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room for you to enjoy time with your family and friends. Watch the spectacular sunsets from one of your multiple balconies located on each floor, or walk out your front door to the sugary white sand of our world-famous beaches. This unit also includes a very convenient outdoor shower and the use of the pool at the Siesta Key Beachside Villas just a block away. Even better still, this unit is only a short stroll into Siesta Key Village, where you can experience many of the wonderful shops and restaurants the island has to offer! With views like this, this vacation home is sure to be your choice returning year after year!

Very nice view and beautifully decorated property. Location was convenient and walkable to everything you need - dining, shopping, and beach. There were some unruly drivers yelling from trucks and motorcycles on the beachfront road occasionally. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were handled, for the most part, while we were there. Recommend for a convenient, comfortable and fun-filled family vacation.

Great location!!

Right on the beach! Very close to anything you want to do and the Frog Hopper is great transportation! Managers were very helpful in getting us a grill! Would definitely recommend this place!

Celebration vacation

This trip was to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, nursing school graduation & nurse practitioner graduation. It was the first time many of our group had been to SK. The rental was super clean & the location was perfect. There was a lot of traffic in front of the condo with people loading/unloading then turning around. Everyone from the office to the maintenance dept were friendly & helpful. Our keypad went bad & Wade was out quickly to get it fixed. It was a wonderful, relaxing & fun trip & we look forward to next year!

Amazing!

We flew from CA to meet my BFF from 2nd grade at the house. Entry was super easy. House was exactly as pictures showed. The best part was location. Every night the National Anthem was played for the lowering of flags. You could throw a ball from the deck to the beach. It’s a short walk to all you need from dinner, drinks, shopping or groceries. We will be back for sure. I cannot recommend this house more. Thank you to the host for setting up a wonderful location and management for keeping the house in great shape. See you soon.

Short Friends & Family Getaway

Stayed 4 nights and it’s a great location. Right on beach Rd with the Siesta Key Village just a short 9 minute walk. We walked each night to supermarket and restaurants. The beach is short here too so no giant distance lugging tents or chairs. If we forgot something it wasn’t a big deal since the house was right there. The kitchen was missing a few key items but as soon as we reported them it was quickly resolved. The living room area was a little tight when we had all 9 people around as only one 3-seater couch but it was not a big deal for 4 days. The beach does get crowded at night for sunset since it’s a public beach access and the place technically sits on beach rd, there is a dead end and lots of cars and golf carts coming and making u-turns so stay vigilant with little ones. Overall great unit and plenty of space in each room. Highly recommend.

Perfect location Beautiful House

This house is perfectly located on the beach, close to the village restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. It’s right next to Patriot Pier where they hold a church service on the beach Sunday mornings and often have a patriotic celebration with music. And the most gorgeous sunset views right from the deck. The house was larger than expected seeing as it's an attached side by side. We had 4 adults, 4 teens and 3 tweens. The house was well stocked with kitchen items. Some of the bath towels were soft, some were like sandpaper. Beach towels provided were great. The location by the pier is basically a dead-end street. Many, many cars come down and turn around in the driveway all day long. At sunset time, it's congested with people parking along the sand where it clearly says no parking. You have to watch your kids during these times. Both Saturday and Sunday night the road in front of the house was filled with loud, obnoxious teenagers/young adults. Perfect house for us if it had the trundle bed which was in the original listing last year. Sofa bed not convenient with that many people. Management was responsive, overall, great stay!
