The apartment consists of a large bright living room equipped with table and chairs for 5 people. The living room leads to the kitchenette, equipped with a fridge and an electric hob; there is also access to the terrace facing the sea, which offers a splendid sea view. There are 2 bedrooms facing the back garden: one double and the other with 2 single beds, in the hallway between the bedrooms there is an air conditioning unit (it is the only one in the apartment). The bathroom (with window) has a shower. There is a reserved parking space in a private courtyard at the back of the apartment. The area is very quiet, far from transit roads.
