Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung, etwas oberhalb der Altstadt von Castiglione gelegen. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Wohnzimmer und der schönen Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist mit allem liebevoll ausgestattet, was man während eines Aufenthalts brauchen kann, in bestem Zustand und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage und WiFi funktionieren gut, Küche ist top. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht - großer Tisch, 2 Liegen, Sonnenschutz, Grill, Außendusche ... Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn man nicht mobilitätseingeschränkt ist, sind die Stufen zur Wohnung kein Problem, zur Altstadt ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang. Der Aufstieg vom Hafen und der Fußgängerzone kann aber im Sommer schon schweißtreibend sein, das Auto ist dann eine Alternative. Insgesamt waren wir begeistert.

Schöne Aussicht und Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung umfasst alles was man benötigt.Der Ausblick und die Terrasse sind großartig. Selbst eine Außendusche ist vorhanden um nach dem Strandtag oder zur Abkühlung mal schnell abzuduschen.Was gewöhnungsbedürftig war ist die Hitze. Diese war zu dem Zeitpunkt hoch und erklärt die Siesta zur Mittagszeit. Klimaanlage ist aber vorhanden. Wenn man ein bisschen Kondition mitbringt ist alles fußläufig erreichbar; Restaurants, Bäcker, Bank, Meer, Fußgängerzone.

Wunderbarer Ausblick

Wir hatten von den Fotos her schon erahnt, dass es ein schöner Ausblick sein wird, aber tatsächlich ist es noch viel schöner. Eine große Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer (aus dem man übrigens auch schon direkt aufs Meer gucken kann) und neben dem Wohnzimmer eine noch größere Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und Grillplatz. Dort geht es nochmals ein paar Stufen nach oben zu einer kleinen Terrasse mit 2 Stühlen. Sogar eine Dusche gibt es auf der Terrasse.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann problemlos alles mögliche kochen und zubereiten.Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und birgt ein kleines Highlight: man kann aus der Dusche aufs Meer gucken!Carla ist unglaublich bemüht und antwortet sofort auf Fragen.Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße auf dem Berg, man hört sogar das Meer rauschen. Aber man muss Treppen steigen können, es sind 40 Stufen bis zur Wohnung.Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt.

wundervoll!

wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Carlas Haus. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und informiert. Die Lage ist ideal! Die Gegend ist ruhig, trotzdem der Weg ins Städtchen nicht weit. Die beiden Terrassen sind richtig toll und mit allem bestückt, was gute Erholung braucht. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht.

Wie im letzten Jahr waren wir begeistert von der fantastischen Aussicht über das Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel und gepflegt und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten und Castiglione della Pescaia ist ein lauschiger Urlaubsort mit guten Restaurants und Bars. Kurz: Es war wieder ein perfekter Urlaub.

Sehr gepflegte schöne Wohnung

Wir verbrachten mit unserem fünfjährigem Sohn zwei Wochen in der sehr, sehr gepflegten und sauberen Wohnung, bei der es so gut wie keine Gebrauchsspuren gibt. Auch die Terasse(n) sind super gepflegt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt mehr als genügend ausgestattet. Das Bad ist absolut neuwertig und die begehbare Dusche ein Genuss. Unschlagbar natürlich der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer. Der Fußweg zum Strand beträgt etwas weniger als ein Kilometer und lässt sich locker bewältigen. Trotz Sprachbarrieren verlief die Kommunikation mit Carla hervorragend und vollkommen problemlos. Wirklich schön, dass sich Vermieter so lobenswert um ihre Wohnung kümmern!

Traum-Apartment!

Gleich vorweg: Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist absolut fantastisch – noch besser als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Bei klarem Wetter kann man bis Korsika sehen und Castiglione della Pescaia liegt einem zu Füßen. Mit dem Sonnenschirm, den Liegen und der Außendusche kann man auch mal einen Tag auf der Terasse verbringen, wenn es am Wochenende am Strand zu voll ist. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser, wirklich scharfe Küchen- und Brotmesser und Geräte wie Sandwichmaker, Salatschleuder, Geschirrspüler und Espressokannen in vier verschiedenen Größen. Auch der Grill im Garten zieht super. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, zumal auch die Vermieter sehr nett waren und die Kommunikation trotz Sprachbarriere gut funktioniert hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Terrazza magnifica

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in questo appartamento, funzionale e ben attrezzato. La biancheria molto pulita, come gli asciugamani e questo per chi viaggia con bambini é davvero un punto a favore. I proprietari sono puntuali e cortesi, un vero piacere incontrare persone così. Ho scelto questa casa per la terrazza e lo spazio esterno e non mi sono sbagliata! La vista sull’arcipelago toscano é meravigliosa , ben ventilata anche nei giorni più caldi. C’è un barbecue che abbiamo usato quasi tutte le sere, in muratura e ben tenuto. Le camere sono fresche, sopratutto la notte, c’è una lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Qualche piccolo problema con i canali tv e il Wi-Fi , ma abbiamo capito che era un problema nella zona, inoltre la Signora Carla ha fatto di tutto per risolvere. È sicuramente una casa nella quale potremmo tornare.

E ringrazio anche per la segnalazione del problema relativo al WI FI, poiché questo mi ha permesso di porre rimedio: ho stipulato un contratto per una nuova connessione e domani stesso verrà il tecnico per effettuare l'istallazione.
