Really perfect, clean, very well equipped property. Photos don’t really do it justice, it’s spacious light and bright with a lovely large outside area. Would definitely visit again. Communication regards arrival instructions was a little bit slow otherwise this is a perfect property.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, we liked the location which is close to the beach and that the bus was available in front of the building. I will say that compared to other rentals we’ve stayed at we found that we needed to purchase more consumables; salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper(only got two rolls for two adults for 8 nights).

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback and for your kind words regarding our beachfront location and the convenient bus connection right at your doorstep. We are glad to hear that you and your husband enjoyed those aspects of your stay! Regarding your comments about the consumables, we would like to gently clarify that—as stated in our listing description—we provide a non-replenishable welcome kit designed to cover the arrival. This includes bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a starter set for the kitchen and bathroom (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent packet, 2 dishwasher tablets, dish soap, gel hand soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom). As for food items such as salt, pepper, or oil, we strictly avoid leaving them in the property between guests for hygiene and safety reasons, particularly regarding potential cross-contamination and allergies. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us maintain transparency for all our future guests. We wish you both the very best in your future travels! Best regards, ApartUP Team

Danke an Antonio.

Thank you very much for your review She, we are happy to know that you enjoy the fantastic location to get to know the city of Valencia. As for the supermarket, I inform you that there is a supermarket 9 minutes walk from the apartment (Comsum Supermarket on Mendizabal Street 9), we will try to improve all the aspects indicated. Regards from Valencia!
