Was a bit tricky to find at first but once found it suited our needs perfectly, just the right amount of space and well equipped. Being so close to the beach was lovely for us to pop down for a short time while the sun was out....

Incredible apartment and so close to Malvarossa Beach

This apartment was simply amazing. It is so well furnished and decorated and it's a great, great location. Literally a block away from the beach and incredible restaurants, panaderias, and cafes. The host was very nice and left a very comprehensive binder of recommendations for Valencia.

Lovely apartment

Very kind and understanding host, the flight into Valencia was delayed and we didnt make it to the apartment until 1am. Location was great, nice and close to a great beach area. Transit options nearby to move around the city. Very comfortable beds and AC worked well.

Perfect for Beach and city break

We had a wonderful family holiday in Valencia. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and bus direct to city. Its a bit of a trek to the city when bus was standing room only but being so close to the beach more than made up of this. Cabanyal is a lively lovely area. Felt like we were living as locals. Nice cafes bars and restaurants close by. One negative was the noise levels from the street. Cars buses trams motorbikes people shouting late at night. All heard from the main bedroom. So if a light sleeper like me bring earplugs! But overall a brilliant experience.

Die Wohnung war top eingerichtet mit Strandhandtüchern, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle etc. Ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen (insbesondere die Fenster).Die Lage entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen: nicht die touristischen Hotspots, etwas lokales Flair und Strand quasi in Sichtweite. Im Oktober ist nicht mehr Hochsaison, das heißt die Strände sind eher leer und unbewacht. Leider waren deshalb (und vermutlich auch wegen viel Regen) Strand und Meer bei Malvarrosa ziemlich vermüllt. Weiter außerhalb (Albufera) aber top. Restaurant, Bahn- und Bushaltestellen gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Top Infrastruktur in ganz Valencia, günstige Fahrpreise. Und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief auch reibungslos. Die meisten Einheimischen (inkl. Mitarbeiter in Restaurants, Supermärkten, Ticketschaltern, Taxifahrer) sprechen allerdings kein Englisch.

À quoi sert Abritel ?

Je pensais que réserver un appartement par Abritel était sécurisant, mais en fait cela ne sert à rien, autant passer de particulier à particulier. L’appartement n’est pas vérifie par Abritel, la climatisation fuit, les stores ne fonctionnent pas, plutôt gênant pour un appartement en bord de mer avec 35 degré !! C’est la propriétaire de l’appartement qui vous réceptionne,..le seul contact que j’ai eu avec Abritel c’est le paiement. Appartement pour 6 personnes mais si vous êtes plus de 4 vous payez un supplément de 170€ par personne !! Je ne réserverai plus jamais par Abritel.

Pero me sorprende mucho que no me dijeras nada mientras has estado aquí: 6 días y no me has dicho nada. Si me hubieras avisado de cualquier desperfecto, habíamos ido a solucionarlo inmediatamente. Pero me entero ahora que ya os habéis ido … una pena. Y me sorprende que no me agradezcas el que volviéramos a abriros la puerta por la tarde del día que os fuisteis, porque os habíais dejado ropa en un armario … ¡En fin! Por mucho que quiera servir y ayudar a los huéspedes, siempre los habrá desagradecidos.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt reibungslos, antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Lage ist super. Wir haben uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen, Vermietung ist auch in der Nähe. Entspannter Urlaub, da man Stadtbesichtigung und Strandurlaub verbinden kann. Wer nach dem Checkout noch nicht zum Flughafen muß, kann die Koffer im Minimarkt an der Ecke abgeben. Buchung über Bounce. So konnten wir unsere letzten Stunden problemlos am Strand verbringen.

Schönes Valencia

Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Valencia. Die Strandnähe der Wohnung (5 min) hat sich bei den noch sommerlichen Temperaturen voll ausgezahlt. Für vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind war die Wohnung ausreichend groß, alles sauber, alles für den Alltag griffbereit. Der Bäcker vor der Haustür, der kleine Laden an der Ecke für das Allernötigste, aber auch sonst gute Einkaufs- und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten. Alleine der Balkon ist sehr klein und durch die angebrachte Klimaanlage sehr eng, die beiden Holzstühle wackelig, einer davon gar nicht benutzbar. Valencia glänzt mit einem vorbildlichen öffentlichen Verkehrssystem. Auch diese Wohnung ist hervorragend angebunden. Die Haltestellen von Bus/ Tram und Metro liegen vor bzw hinter dem Haus.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit Strandblick

schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, nur einige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, morgens mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer. Wir haben wenig vermisst, nur in der Küche fehlten ein paar Dinge, z.B. Bestecke. Heizung war über Klimaanlage möglich (Wir waren Mitte Februar da). Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit bei einem nötigen Wechsel der Gasflasche für warmes Wasser (Sie spricht kein Deutsch, als Mieter sollte man Englisch oder Spanisch können). Gute Verkehrsanbindung Richtung Innenstadt mit Bus und Straßenbahn. Fazit: empfehlenswert - gerne mal wieder!

Appartement très bien. Cuisine bien équipée. Pilar est très disponible et réactive L appartement est très bien situé 5 minutes de la plage, à deux pas du bus et tramway. Petits défauts (il en faut!) Il n y a pas de volet dans 2 des 3 chambres. Le balcon est vraiment tout petit (cela nous a pas dérangé ) et la climatisation est uniquement dans le salon et une chambre (celle avec les volets). Nous avons était très bien accueilli par Daniel. Nous recommandons cette location
