Nice T2 apartment on 2 levels completely redone with balcony, 800m from the city center, located on the 3rd floor, without lift, in a quiet residence.

Facing south.

Superb view of Gendarme's hat.


Free parking at the foot of the residence.

Possibility of a private and closed garage of 4m80 x 3m40 in the basement of the building (extra). Very practical for storing bikes, motorcycles or skis. Cars of type 4 x 4 as well as cars of bigger size than a vehicle type scenic III cannot enter the garage.

Close to the free shuttles to the Sauze, Super Sauze, Sainte Anne and Pra loup stations (summer and winter).

Equipments: Multifunction oven - Dish washer - Washing machine - LCD TV - Mini chain - DVD player - Fridge freezer - Toaster - Coffee maker - Board games.

Sleeping: upstairs: a large bedroom with 140 cm bed and a small bedroom with 140 bunk beds (bottom) 90 (top).
