House was great. It’s jus the Pool area screen was torn at the top so bugs were coming in the pool area.

Thank you for the good review, the screen has been replaced, this guests review was the first we knew of the issue. Strong winds and summer rains can cause this to happen - so all fixed.

We’ve stayed at a few houses around this area over the years and this place was by far our favorite! The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. The pool was amazing! It was a great size and the deep end was over my husband’s head (he’s 6 feet). My five year old often spent the whole day in the pool and has become quite the swimmer since our trip lol. The pool was very clean. When we first arrived there was a tiny bit of debris in the pool from a storm, which wasn’t a big deal at all, but I’m only mentioning it because it was cleaned so quickly and Michelle responded to my message immediately. We could tell that the place is well taken care of. It’s not too far from all the attractions/parks. We made some great memories staying there during our vacation and we would definitely rent this place again if it’s available next time!

Our host was excellent she kept updated on all the information we require with no need to be asked, the property is very spacious and private due to it's position. The area is very peaceful with ease access to the road network, and a bonus of a heated pool at no extra cost.

Very responsive host to any questions before and during our stay. Lovely, warm, relaxing, and very private pool. House is about 35-50 minutes from all the Disney parks (morning traffic dependant).

We had a great time. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We came for the Mecum Car Auction which was about 20 minutes away and we spent a day at Disney which was about 25 minutes away. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Michelle was a great host and responded very quickly to all questions. Loved the heater pool and appreciated the safety fence around it. Great Stay!

This was our third family holiday visiting the parks and the location of this property has been the best, as it avoids the major roads with traffic and hold ups, making drive times quicker and stress free. The property is in a peaceful neighbourhood with Sandhill cranes visiting most days. Great accommodation and well equipped.

We stayed 30 days, with various friends and family coming and going. The screened in heated pool was perfect and the lanai was great indoor outdoor living. There were puzzles and games we used, we added settlers of Catan to the games and uno. The property mgr was prompt in responding and resolving minor’s issues quickly. We didn’t use the game room much but it was an area that the kids could go play and watch tv ( we watched very little tv) . Much fun was had by all. We are definitely thinking about a repeat for next year. I would highly recommend this place!!
