We had an awesome week. The hosts were very responsive to my questions. Beds were comfy, pool was a good size. A bit cool so I would heat it next time at end of October. Have no complaints. Would revisit again without hesitation. Area has lots of restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed the property very much. Pool was great and plenty of room. We didn’t get a chance to use the game room but it had pool table and fuss ball. Nice size kitchen too.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The home had a welcoming feel from the moment I arrived, and the little touches throughout made the experience even better. The host was responsive, kind, and clearly cares about creating a great guest experience. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle‑free getaway.

All amenities and instructions were very clear. There needed to be a few more wash cloths. Extra bedding was available. Pool man was on site at the same time lawn care was working. Did not know he was coming. Otherwise, this was the one of the best experiences that we have had as a family.

The property looked exactly like what the pictures showed! I have never been to a property where so much was provided from beach towels, to strollers, to high chairs, pack and plays, the list goes on! The layout of the home was perfect especially if you have a couple adults with you who want a little privacy. The pool and spa was warm and felt like a bath! I would 100% visit again!

I really recommend this property. Very clean, host very responsive and all TVs have Netflix already logged in by the host and most importantly, we paid to have the pool heated and the water was actually really warm! A lot of times the pool water is still cold even though you pay to have it heated during the stay.We enjoyed our stay.Thank you!

Pretty convenient, close to everything.

This is so far the most clean place where I have ever been, and my daughters love the kids rooms decorations, and the game room, also the pool was so good.

EXTREMELY clean and comfortable home. Everything we needed was right there. Our stay was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of it. Gated community and home has a security system for peace of mind. Pool area has plenty of space for sunning and swimming. Quick trip to shopping and restaurants. Convenient access to major attractions and highways; about half way between Orlando and Tampa. Only drawback is normal Florida traffic and the HOA installed speed bumps, which are outside of the host’s control.

Great Villa to relax in.

We really enjoyed staying at Doug and Kathy's place. Was great place to relax after a long day at the parks. Also was prime location when visiting our inlaws that live in Haines City.
