It has a solarium terrace where you can observe the view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house has a sun terrace where you can sunbathe and even watch the sunsets of the city.

All the construction materials used are of high quality.
Stairs have been made for the duplexes, built by hand, as our ancestors used to do.
They are Roman arched staircases.
The walls have been covered, as they are old stone walls, leaving them exposed and with a very peculiar style.
The interior decoration has been measured to detail by our decorators and architects.
