The living room welcomes you with a warm atmosphere thanks to the natural light streaming in through the doors leading to the small terrace—a typical feature of traditional fishermen’s houses. Enjoy the perfect space to relax, complete with a dining area and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a full set of kitchen utensils, so you can prepare your favourite meals.

Located in a quiet area, you’re just three minutes from the beach and a few steps from the centre of Playa Boulevard, where you can stroll and discover unique corners, squares, and typical streets of the old town—all perfect for strolling and taking photos—as well as the centre of Villajoyosa, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and a lively entertainment district.

Casa Manuel is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and essential cooking utensils, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hand blender, and washing machine to make your daily routine easier.

The spacious living room features air conditioning and a cosy sitting area with a sleeper sofa and a small dining table, perfect for sharing meals. The terrace, though compact, lets in natural light, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the surroundings. It also includes beach chairs.

The bright bedroom, flooded with natural light from the window, features a comfortable 140 cm bed and a flat-screen TV for relaxation. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, and bedding for your convenience. You’ll also find a vacuum cleaner to keep the space spotless.
