We’re sorry to hear about the delay in heating the hot tub. That’s certainly not typical, as it usually takes around an hour to fill and approximately four hours to reach the ideal temperature. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to assist with some helpful tips to speed up the process. The online guide and the welcome folder in the property both have guidance on how to use the hot tub also. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. I wanted to update you on the issues you encountered. The hob has now been replaced. An electrican has been looking into the tripping electrics so this will be sorted. We also have a second dishwasher available in the utility room for your convenience, we have since added a note on the main dishwasher to make this more clear. After investigating with the property manager, we discovered that they did not receive your text during your stay, and we apologise for any lack of communication. That said, we’re really pleased you enjoyed the interior of the property, particularly the unique layout, high-quality finishes, and the well-equipped kitchen. It’s wonderful to know that these aspects contributed positively to your stay. We apologise for the issues you encountered with the outdoor areas and amenities. Outdoor furniture is cleaned as soon as weather conditions allow, and we’re sorry this happened after your visit. To protect the cushions from the elements, they are stored away when not in use, and guests are kindly asked to return them after use, though we understand this can occasionally be overlooked which results in them staying damp in the store. Since your stay, we’ve taken steps to address all the concerns raised, including treating all outdoor cushions and implementing additional checks to ensure everything is in top condition for future guests. The lawns are now maintained daily by a robotic mower to ensure they remain pristine. Regarding the houseplants, we were surprised by your comments. The majority are cacti, which require minimal care, and there are only four live houseplants, all of which were thriving during our recent visit. The remaining plants are faux greenery, chosen to compliment the interior design. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
