Great view and fantastic apartment

The apartment was exactly as described and the pictures, except the views from the rooftop terrace were even better! Very clean and a great location just a few minutes walk from a large sandy beach.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Middle Vieuws Penthouse. The penthouse was very well equipped, spacious and luxurious. With very good beds! We liked the environnement. Close to the boulavard, beach and trainstation. And on walking distance of the city center of Fuengirola. We had a good experience with Rincón Rent. We would love to come back!

Fab penthouse aparment

Everything was perfect, the accommodation is simply gorgeous in every way, Will stop here again for sure! Easy 5 minute access to train station meaning a hire car is not necessary, also a further 5 mins takes you to some great beach restaurants. It’s slightly more difficult walking back as it’s uphill, but it means the views are amazing. The quality apartment & roof terrace with its own plunge pool are top notch. Plenty of room for a large family. No negatives

Amazing roof top apartment

Lovely apartment with a smallish pool on the roof. Apartment is well equipped would of been good to have beach chairs and Beach umbrella with cooler bag. Nataliya was very helpful and friendly. Pool man was also very friendly and helpful. Mail pool closes at 6pm every night which is a bit disappointing with no ball game or inflatable allowed. Gym is good. Location is good but the walk up from beach is steep. Could definitely come again.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans ce logement et avons vraiment apprécié la propreté des lieux, ainsi que la qualité de l’ensemble des prestations, aussi bien dans l’appartement que dans la résidence. Le logement est très bien équipé et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Seul point surprenant : l’absence de micro-ondes, qui aurait été un vrai plus. La qualité de la literie et des couchages est, quant à elle, très bonne. Nous avons également particulièrement apprécié la piscine privative située sur le rooftop, qui est un véritable atout avec une très belle vue mer. La piscine de la résidence est également de grande qualité, très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Le seul petit bémol concerne l’environnement. Le logement est certes situé à proximité de la plage, mais le retour à pied est assez sportif : il faut emprunter une rue en pente de plusieurs centaines de mètres, (pente de 21 %) sur , ce qui peut faire réfléchir avant de choisir de se rendre à la plage à pied. Par ailleurs, les nombreuses constructions actuellement en cours autour de la résidence génèrent des nuisances sonores et visuelles, notamment en raison des grues. Malgré ces quelques points, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité, la propreté et les prestations du logement et de la résidence. je recommande!!!!
