Looking for the best value and tons of space?! The Family Lodge is THE solution for you. We are the best value in the White Mountains for any groups of 15 people or more. It's great for large or small groups of all ages! It's kid friendly with 4 triple-bunk beds, games, nearby parks, & a tire swing. Adults will love its 6 queen beds, pool table, ping pong, 3 smart t.v.s, and a 120" movie screen with HD projector. With 2 kitchens & 2 dining areas there is plenty of room to gather, eat, and just relax. The house can sleep at least 30 people comfortably, with plenty of floor space to spare if needed! Located in the heart of Show Low, everything is close by, including horse riding trails, quad and dirt bike trails, skiing and snowboarding, restaurants, parks and lakes, movie theaters, White Mountain Family Fun Center, local city pool, and more! We are constantly making improvements based on customer feedback so the Family Lodge experience just gets better and better every time you come back. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and with an awesome housekeeping staff you can rest assure that you are entering a super clean, ready-to-enjoy home and experience. Young Women Camp Retreat

6 adults & 15 girls (slept there), 12 more girls joined during daytime. Had plenty of room and accommodations for all. Very clean and all amenities needed. Highly recommend for large groups and families

Family Lodge

This is the perfect place for an extended family stay. The kids all stayed in “kids island”- the large kid room with a bunch of bunk beds and they had a blast. This home offers a perfect balance of togetherness, but also the ability to separate for any alone time. We had a great time. Our only complaints were that the air conditioning stopped working a couple times and the downstairs restroom had a bit of a sewage smell.

Amazing Property

We used this property to hold a family reunion that included 11 adults and 17 grandchildren. We had a Great time, and the property was amazing for the reunion. Although the property was old and dated, it was well maintained and had almost all of the supplies that we needed.

Family time.

This is the second year we made this our home. We loved our time together. The owner made us feel like family. If we had any concerns or questions he replied back right away. Overall great place to stay. We will be back next year

Family reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion. The huge family room was perfect for gatherings. We walked across the street at the beautiful park and played games and there is ping pong and other fun games in the garage. Plenty of beds for everyone & we loved having the kids area so close to the kitchen and main area. My only complaint the hard mattress but other than that it was perfect! It was also nice to be so close to restaurants and a grocery store.

Perfect for our Family Reunion!!

We had an amazing time at the family lodge with 29 of us for our family reunion! There was plenty of room to gather together and plenty of places to sleep! The 15 grandkids loved the pool table and games in the garage and the tire swing outside as well! The house was close to the fun activities we did like horseback riding and going to Fool's Hollow lake! 2 kitchens was a great help and had plenty of stuff for our cooking needs! The house was clean and there was a really fun fire pit in the backyard where we had a marshmallow roast! We had a barbecue on Father's Day on the charcoal grill! Turned out great! We enjoyed the large screen tv's as well! Everyone had so much fun! We were sad to leave and hope to return again sometime! Thanks for sharing your amazing home with our family!💕

Fun with family

Enjoyed time with our family in cooler weather! Lots of places to play hide and seek with our 6 yr old grandson at the Family Lodge. Had fun playing pool, foosball and ping pong as well. Great time on the playground and on the fields/ courts of the school across the street. The entertainment system was excellent for relaxing in the evenings. A few areas were not very clean - garage where the foosball and ping pong are located and a couple rooms downstairs with food on the floor and a couple dead bugs - hide and seek tends to challenge this area... Would have been better if plates and silverware were downstairs as well as upstairs since the upstairs kitchen fridge wasn't cooling well. Lots of trips up and down as a result, on stairs that can be tricky. Always use the handrail or you will slip and fall... Overall, a very good time though and we would stay again. Fun Family Lodge!!!

Hey Randy, thanks so much for your positive review! We do apologise for the fridge issue. We have since replaced the upstairs fridge with a brand new one. I have notified our housekeepers about there not being plates and silverware downstairs. We usually try to keep both kitchens stocked with at least the basics, and of course the main kitchen with all the cooking dishes. Hope to see you back there soon!

Amazing Getaway

This property was PERFECT for our family. We travel to cut down a Christmas tree every year and with our family growing this house could not have been better for the wide age range of people we had coming. We will be booking this house again.

Awesome place for a fun family reunion

We loved having our family reunion here. Awesome bunk room for all of the cousins to stay together and hang out and plenty of individual rooms for each set of parents to have their own room. Great place for our multigenerational get together with plenty to do to keep everyone busy. We loved the pool table, ping pong, movie screen. We had plenty of space for our group of 23 to spread out without feeling overcrowded. Thanks so much for opening your home to us and giving all of our family some great memories of being together in a very affordable way, something that is hard to do with a group of our size!! We really appreciated the chance to stay here.

Huge number of guests? This is it! Look no further!

If you have a large number of folks in your party, this is the way to go. This house is HUGE! We never felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of space to relax and spread out. The kitchens are well stocked. There isn't as much in the downstairs kitchen as there is in the upstairs but it made from a good work out up and down the stairs. The selection of movies was outstanding. The large projection screen made it feel like you were in a theater! They had some popcorn for us too! Spices, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and other odds and ends for our use. The only thing bad I will say is the beds are not comfortable at all. The towels, linens, blankets, and bed sheets were all awesome. Look no further for a home with a large family! This is the place!

Excellent Home

This house was excellent for the large group of people we had staying. There were plenty of beds and space, lots of things to do, beautiful neighborhood, numerous parking spaces, and close to town. We had 17 soccer players and 4 adults and there was plenty of beds for all of us. The 2 kitchens made it easy for everyone to eat before games in the morning. There is a nice park within walking distance but plenty to do at the house if you don’t want to leave. Definitely a 5 star stay.
