Monopoli 2bdr aprt

The apt is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, has everything for a very comfortable stay. Cozy small beach is just across the road. The historical town center is within 10 min walk. The host is very friendly and always in touch. It was very pleasant stay.

I would rate this property a 12 out of 10, easy access to everything, walking distance to the beach, historical center. I would stay here again, parking was easy, beautiful rooms , family friendly with all the amenities to cook a meal at home. If we had an issue the property manager was there to help us out. Definitely not a disappointment. It was more than we expected in Monopoli

Our stay at the apartment in Monopoli was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed! The location is excellent, just a short walk from everything, and the flat itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped.The host was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay, and even his lovely mother gave us a warm and helpful farewell during check-out. We truly felt at home.Thank you so much for everything and yes we’re already looking forward to staying again in the future! Salute!

Vincenzo’s apartment is absolutely beautiful! The bed is very comfortable, the showers are AMAZING, the kitchen is well equipped and the location can’t be beat. It’s a 10 minute walk from the Centro Storico, 2 minute walk to the beach, and steps away from multiple lovely coffee, gelato, and pasticceria shops. There is a well stocked Famila Supermarket just a short walk away, along with several bakeries, meat shops, vegetable shops, and a pescheria, not to mention the restaurants. We were thrilled with the apartment and our stay in Monopoli, and the price was unbelievable for the classy and clean accomodations. Vincenzo and his mother went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect stay. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs or questions.

Fantastic apartment, great host, excellent location

We are a family of 4 adults who stayed at Casa Vittoria from June 12-17. Vincenzo, our host was phenomenal. From the day I expressed interest in the property to the day we left, he was cordial, available, and attentive. The apartment is spacious, and exactly as advertised with all necessary amenities and more. I would highly recommend this apartment. Grazie Vincenzo for being a super host.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll , modern eingerichtet und sehr geräumig . Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und schnell . Die Lage ist super , in 15 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt . Der 1. Strand 300 Meter entfernt . Supermärkte gibt es auch in der Nähe , alles zu Fuß erreichbar . Ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber . Kann ich nur empfehlen . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Eine großartige Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die eine Wohnung anbieten kann. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Vincenzo sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die moderne Einrichtung, eine tolle Küche und schön gestaltete Wohnung können wir sehr weiter empfehlen. Der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Die schöne Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und netten Cafés in 10 Minuten Spaziergang erreichbar. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Monopoli
