Unwind in the serene charm of Condo 107 at Sea Shell Condominium, where you can relax on the cool, powdery white sand just beyond your door, bask in breathtaking sunsets, and savor the array of amenities ensuring a delightful and relaxing stay. This thoughtfully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat boasts an island view, a full kitchen with granite countertops and all-white appliances, a spacious master suite with a king bed, and a guest room featuring a queen and full bed.

The tropical-themed living and dining area is complete with a pass-through kitchen window and a six-person dinette set. Modern comforts include a large flat-screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms, surround sound, complimentary HBO, and free Wi-Fi throughout the unit.

Sea Shell Condominium is a gated complex with 49 units, offering a range of amenities. They provide beach chairs, loungers, and beach towels, or take a swim in the large, heated pool. Don't feel like eating indoors? There are 2 gas grills in the new Tiki Hut and 2 charcoal grills in the outdoor picnic area under the trees. With two elevators and laundry facilities on each floor, we have nothing but our guests' convenience in mind. That includes an assigned covered parking space for each unit.

Situated on Siesta Key's Crescent Beach, consistently rated among the top beaches in the U.S., Sea Shell Condominium is just across the street from many wonderful restaurants and bars, as well as donut, coffee, and ice cream shops.

Beautiful location and excellent staff!

Second time at Seashell Condos - this time was for our honeymooon. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and well-kept location. Our condo was well updated with new furnishings, appliances, and great decor! Staff were always very friendly and helpful if we needed it. We really felt like we were at our own home away from home. We will most definitely be back soon!!

Lovely condo

We really enjoyed the condo. Our only complaint was the lack of some basic condiments like salt, ketchup etc. it’s wasteful to buy ketchup for just a week.

Great spot right on the beach

The unit we stayed in was more than large enough for the four of us, good-sized bedrooms, WiFi worked great and staff das very helpful, especially Dawn at the front desk and the maintenance man Paul. Only quibbles would be the balcony was a little small to sit on and you couldn't really see the sun or the beach, and the pool was a bit small and in the shade most of the day. But other than that it was great, and we would definitely recommend it to others

Room was nice, trash area smelled very bad and wafed into nearby rooms as well as 20ft around it

Proximity to beach outstanding, proximity to all the fun outstanding! Easy onto and exit from island. Some areas of improvement: stock and sell the following items on an individual basis, these are items that people buy a box of or that contain more than needed: soap bars, ziplock bags, trash bags, dish tabs, toilet paper to name a few. Additionally these items could be in a vending machine??? We could have used a recycling bin in the unit, as it was we only had a trash bin, makes it hard to participate wouldn’t you say? A change machine for quarters would be good for laundry and potential vending needs. Areas that you do well: staff was great and beach area fantastic, room was clean (please put a spatula in unit 107) it was desperately needed.

Great stay

Everything was great! The only 2 negatives were the parking space isn’t very tall and there should be a sign about raising the hatch on a SUV bc it will get scratched we just didn’t realize it when we first arrived. Second was the shower in the master BR, the water was never hot it was lukewarm. I never complained the condo is beautiful and our stay was great!

Unit was clean, well furnished and just as described. Great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. all within easy walking distance. No need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Always felt safe and gated access from the street and well as the from the beach. Very short walk to a very nice beach.

Great Value & Location

The location right off the drawbridge on gorgeous Crescent Beach allowed us to avoid public beach traffic. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. This particular unit's linens were very worn - the kids' comforters had holes, and the sheets on the master bed had stains. We went to Marshalls nearby and got our own linens. The chairs on the balcony were rusted, and one was lopsided as a result. Improvements in these areas would go a long way. However, even with the small challenges our stay was wonderful.

My husband and I were looking to avoid a Midwestern January and spent the month in this condo. The condo was very comfortable from the beds to the living room. It had two nice bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Great decor. The beach was splendid as was the heated pool. Also, there were many restaurants nearby and a grocery and pharmacy. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Fiesta in Siesta!

First time at the Seashell condos and we had a great experience! The location can't be beat. Right on the best beach in the world and across the street from multiple shopping and dining options. The condo was great! Clean, well kept, and had all the amenities we needed. We also loved the complex, the beach-side grilling area and access to chairs were perfect! We're hoping to come back soon!

Out of the cold.

Family has been to the Seashell numerous times during the summer months with excellent experiences. But the trip in December blew those great experiences out of the water! If there is a way to describe perfect weather, the week we spent away from the cold and ice, was exactly that. I spent hours enjoying the beach while younger members of the family enjoyed kayaks, biking and swimming. The entire family enjoyed a dolphin watching tour as well as the beautiful light displays of the numerous businesses on Siesta Key. Dining options were numerous from local fish camps to 5* dining in the village. Can't wait to go back next year.

A GREAT VACATION WEEK in the sun on a white beach! IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER.

A perfect week of fun, relaxation, and sun! Glad to get away on a vacation to a CLEAN and well decorated place ON THE WATER. Will definitely rebook same condo for any future trips to Florida. The furniture is brand new! The beach is 40 feet from the building and the sand is bright white. The private beach looked like a post card picture- PERFECT. Great gumbo and clam chowder across the street at Captain Curts, and coffee and espressos at The Orange Octopus. Office staff also very helpful in suggestions on where to visit and eateries. Perfect location on the beach with Sarasota 15 minutes North and Venice 20 minutes South.

We had a great time. You...

We had a great time. Your property was perfect for us! The furniture and electronics were tops for our escape from the kids. I don't think there is better location on Siesta. Thanks for the great and fast communtication in piecing this together. On a scale of 1-10 it's for sure a 9+.
