Looking for quick easy access to the #1 beach in America? You've found the place! Enjoy the excellent location of the Siesta Key Beachside vacation rental condo. Just a few 100 feet from private beach access allows our guests to enjoy some fun and relaxation in the sun. The community offers free access to its heated pool, picnic style charcoal grills, and laundry facilities. The community in general is located just 1/4 mile from Siesta Key public beach which offers addition amenities such as tennis courts, pavilion, picnic areas, playground, and is host to many of the areas festivals such as the seafood festival and sandy castle festival to name a couple. Utilize many of the islands free ride services or island shuttle to visit Siesta Key Village; offering a myriad of dining and entertaining venues.

Arrive at this unit at the designated parking spot and check right in, no keys to pickup or lines to wait in. Entering the unit you arrive in the living room furnished with lounge seating and flat screen TV. Within the living area you will find the dining area with seating for 3 and addition 2 at the breakfast off the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with 4 piece major appliance set among other small kitchen appliances and stocked for light to medium cooking needs. Towards the back of the unit you will find the master bedroom furnished with king-size bedroom set and ample closet space. Next you will find the guest bedroom furnished with a queen and twin size beds. The two bedrooms share a common bathroom just off the hall equipped with stall shower.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. We had such an amazing time and could not be any closer to the beach access. We didn’t try out the pool as we spent most of the time on the beach. There was a beach wagon there for our use and beach chairs available on the beach. Great place and wonderful Host! Thank you we look forward to coming back.

Siesta Keys November Visit

The property was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The location is ideal, a few steps away from the beach and short ride to shops and restaurants

Family vacation

Great location! Perfect for our family vacation.. only complaint was the bed frame was broken in guest bedroom! The beach was amazing and the pool was perfect short walk to let the kids take a break from the beach ! We will be back!

Excellent stay!

Loved the location. Super close to the beach. Quiet, off the road location. Clean and comfortable condo. LOVED the wagon full of beach goodies!! We donate a couple big shovels to it. The big umbrella was a God send! Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed 7 days at this property!! The stay was not only beautiful, but they property management was wonderful as well as the owner. Very clean, very accommodating, and more than we even expected. The walk to the beach was closer than I actually expected. Hands down 10/10, we can’t wait to book with them again! Siesta Beach House visit

We were very pleased with our condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, even beach towels! It was a very short walk to the beach and beach chairs were provided. It’s also only a short walk to the trolley stop so we never used our car the week we visited. The trolley made it easy to get to restaurants and shops and even to visit Turtle Beach. The complex is quiet and we met friendly neighbors. But the best part is the beautiful beach!

Decent place but needs a bit of a facelift. Great location in relation to beach. Is a private beach albeit a narrow strip. Asked for a late checkout but never got a response. Caution if coming anytime after May2024: major construction beginning right next to complex

Awesome location. Right by the beach.

The location is awesome. Less than 3 mins walk to the beach. My parents were able to walk back and forth between the beach and the unit all the time. The beds are large and comfortable to sleep. They provide everything you need for cooking (just buy grocery). There are many grills outside the unit. They also provide beach umbrella and ice bucket. Beach chairs are free at the beach also. We'll definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Beach rental condo

Was very nice , very close to beach, clean , had all beach supplies ( one umbrella was broken) . Also not enough wristbands for amount of people to get on beach . There was security guard at certain times at gate. We were told each condo should have 6 wristbands . We did have two fobs to get in beach gate & pool. Otherwise the condo was very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. You can park for the duration of the stay as the trolley was steps outside the community to take you to grocery stores, restaurants or shopping throughout Siesta Key. We had a very minor slow draining bathroom sink which I was happy to let remain until we left but maintenance was out within just a few hours of emailing of issue. A Property manager called to let me know she noticed only a few teaspoons in the kitchen and dropped off more while we were enjoying the beach. Though we didn’t require additional spoons the level of detail and thoughtfulness was incredible. The unit had everything you could need, umbrella, coolers, beach wagon, chairs, and pool noodles. The property management uses a convenient portal with all the property information including all codes for entry, WiFi and the like. I definitely will stay here again.

The condo was very nicely decorated, laid out and very clean. There is no view of the ocean (which we knew from the description), the walk to the beach is very easy. Pricing could/should be lower to the fact that it is not a resort style where there is towel exchange, additional toliet paper and paper towels are not provided. Laundry is on site but not in room and you have to pay additionally for the use of the laundry. There was only two of us and we stayed less than a week, so we managed with what was provided. Siesta Beach House is multiple buildings, but there are also house/condos on the same small road resulting in lots of traffic and some parking issues. Email instructions did not communicate about a parking tag, however in the room there were instructions to display your parking tag. However, there was no parking tag provided to us. We reached out to the number on the instructions and they said it should not be a problem because it was not a high volume time and parking enforcement was not monitored. However, we received a ticket/message apparently from the HOA that we needed to display our parking tag. We contacted the number again (very nice), they reached out to the HOA manager which was on vacation and not onsite to that end the HOA manager instructed her people not to enforce parking tags. The next day our designated parking spot was taken. Small frustrations and nothing that ruined our trip. SBH gets lost with the large resorts on both sides of it. Thanks

Convenient, Comfortable Condo

Wonderful location just steps to a private beach. The room itself could have used a little attention, we did find some small debris left behind from previous guests. But the space was comfy, conveniently located near the beach, pool, and attractions on the Key and in the area. No physical room key means one less thing to keep track of, which was very nice! And the showers outside the building kept a lot of sand out of the room!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful week. Brought along my wife’s mother who struggles to get around some. The location to the beach was very easy for her to walk out and back to condo each day. The patio out front was another wonderful spot for her. Everything was clean, the bed very comfortable and met all of our needs. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future

Small Beach a access Condo

We will rent here again! There were minor things like the fan in the bathroom not working, along with the overall place being a little dirty. Again, these are only minor things and we really enjoyed outr stay!

We understand writing a short review can be difficult at times when everything goes great. There is no chance this place was not clean as the check-in survey the guest completed regarding cleaning was 5 out of 5. Units are cleaned and inspected by 2 and sometimes 3 individuals. If there are any cleaning issues, they should be mentioned at the time of check-in and will be corrected immediately.

Perfect

My family and I took our first vacation to Florida and couldn’t have stayed at a better location. Beach front with a pool that was almost always to ourselves. Quiet and serene it was the perfect spot.
