In the center of Porto Cristo facing the sea is this beautiful Mediterranean-style villa. 400 m² of good taste and art, cared for down to the last detail. This bright villa is furnished and decorated with a modern touch and has large spaces. From all the balconies and terraces you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea.



The house is ideal for family vacations as it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; 3 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds so that 8 people can comfortably sleep.



In front of the sea is the large 33 m² pool - semi fenced to provide more security - and the 40 m² terrace with gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The villa also has a covered terrace and electric awnings.



The kitchen is modern and bright, American style and induction hob, equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



There is internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and 4 TVs.



The villa is only 50 m from the rocky beach "Cala Inge" and 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa Porto Cristo". For leisure and sports there is the golf course "Golf Son Servera" 14 km away and the Rafa Nadal Club Fitness Center 12 km away.

Villa mit Super Aussicht und Terrasse und allen Annehmlichkeiten

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht auf Porto Cristo aber auch auf das offene Meer. Der Pool sehr groß und mit abfallender Tiefe, so dass es zum Reinspringen sehr eignet. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Der Grill komplettiert den Eindruck. Die Villa ist zwar bereits älteren Baujahres mit einigem Charme in der Gestaltung, aber erst vor kurzem Grundsaniert mit neuen Böden, Bädern , Wänden etc. Die Ausstattung top. Der Service vom MallorcaHouse Rent Team war wieder perfekt. Danke, dass ihr vergessene Sachen bei der Folgeanmietung direkt ins neue Haus gelegt hattet! Der Betrieb von drei Herdplatten oder Herd plus Backofen führte zum Ausfall der selbigen Sicherung für die beiden Geräte.

Unglaublich schön

Das Haus ist sehr gross und die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm. Im Haus war alles sauber, praktisch und die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Viel Platz für 8 Personen. Schöne Terrasse mit Schwimmbad , sehr sonnig am Morgen, was ideal zum Baden ist. Super Lage, Blick auf das Meer, ruhig und schön! House rent Mallorca Team ist sehr professionell und sympathisch. War alles einfach und schnell. Die weissen Badetücher waren sauber aber hatten Flecken, die nicht mehr weggehen… Leider sieht es so nicht sauber aus. Abfall : es fehlt entsprechende farbige Abfallsäcke ( braun , gelb und grün) um noch besser die Sachen trennen zu können. Restmüll schwarz hat gefehlt.
