Welcome to Casa Playa, your very own retreat on Mallorca's East Coast, a stone's throw away from the prestigious Blue Flag-rated sandy beach of Cala Murada. Nestled along a tree-lined avenue and embraced by a protected pine forest, Casa Playa seamlessly combines comfort, style, and tranquility, creating an idyllic Mediterranean haven.

Step into the villa's bright and spacious living area adorned with a large wrap-around corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a welcoming log burner for the cooler months.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, opens onto a charming covered terrace, offering a perfect setting for al-fresco family meals overlooking the glimmering pool.

Casa Playa accommodates up to 8 guests with four air-conditioned bedrooms, including two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, recently renovated.

Vacation in Mallorca

Casa Playa is in a wonderful location with easy walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants. It had all the amenities we needed and we especially enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Our host was easy to get in touch with and very quickly responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful family vacation and would stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay

This is our 2 nd year at this property, it’s a great place with lots of space for our 3 grandchildren, we are a family of 7 and the villa is well equipped with everything we need. The pool is great, the children spend hours playing in it while we relax around the pool, it’s a short walk to a lovely beach, it ticks all the boxes for us, so much so that we have already booked to return next year.

Just what we were after!

The property was exactly as described and lived up to all the pictures and reviews. We had a marvellous time - 5 adults, 3 children. Plenty of room and so much fun in the lovely pool. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and eating there a fair few times, as well as driving to some of the nearby towns to explore. Fruit and drinks ready for us when we arrived were just what we needed after a long journey. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful villa for a family holiday in a quiet location

The villa had everything we needed for 2 families holidaying together. It is a very social space by the pool, and there is plenty of space inside the villa to find a quiet spot. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a mini supermarket for the essentials and freshly baked bread. At. The pool is lovely and a good size. The owner and Maria were wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend and would love to return for another fantastic holiday.

Fantastic villa in great location

We recently stayed at Casa Playa - the villa catered perfectly for all of our guests - ages ranging from 16 - 80! The pool was well maintained, the table tennis table was a hit and the rooms and bathrooms all of good size and comfortable. The location was perfect - a 10 minute stroll to the beach with a great beachside restaurant, paddle boarding and kayaking available. Local supermarket only 5 minute walk from the villa. The host Kiron was super quick to respond to any queries and Margaret was also really helpful - we would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to returning in the future.

Summer Holiday at Casa Playa

Fantastic stay at this well maintained, well equipped villa in the quiet, pretty location of Cala Murada. The pool was out of use when we arrived but James (the host) quickly rectified this. Outdoor area is brilliant with plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 small children. The outdoor sofas were a favourite spot for all to hang out on! Our only slight complaint was the quality of the beds - particularly the twin beds where the mattresses were poor quality and the beds themselves were missing slats making them very uncomfortable to sleep on! Overall, a brilliant stay at a fantastic villa!

Excellent villa, fantastic location

The pictures don’t do the spaciousness of this villa justice. Location is fantastic within 8 minutes of beach and a handy local shop- daily fresh baked baguettes, pastries etc. James was available for any minor problems and quickly resolved - thank you. The quality of the furniture etc is excellent and lots of useful kitchen equipment if you do want to cook ( local beach cafe and restaurants may dissuade you). Super comfy beds. We were able to use the pool even at the end of October, garden gets a lot of sun. We were a small group, but this house is very well set up for a large group. If we return to Mallorca we would book again which I think ultimately tells you what a great house this was.

We stayed for 10 days at this wonderful villa as a group of 8 – two couples and a family of four – and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa was spotless on arrival and incredibly well-equipped for both adults and children. A bed guard and stair gate for our toddler, plus plastic cutlery and plates for the kids, were all thoughtfully provided. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee machine, air fryer, fridge freezer, washing machine. The pool was a highlight. It went from shallow to deep with steps perfect for little ones to push off from. The water was a great temperature, and the kids barely left it! At night, the pool and garden lit up beautifully. Outside, there was a comfy sofa area, two large parasols for shade, and nearby access to the kitchen and BBQ – ideal for family meals. Inside, Sky TV (with sports and kids’ channels) and a large sofa made relaxing easy. The villa is in a peaceful residential area, which we loved. Just a 5-min walk to a lovely local restaurant and spa shop, and 10 mins along a safe, off-road path to a beach bar. We recommend a car to explore nearby beaches and towns like Cala d’Or and Portocolom. With 3 bathrooms, each group had their own space. A minor pool query was sorted instantly – Sue was at the door within minutes! Lovely welcome touches too with wine, fruit, tea bags on arrival. Also had access to table tennis and beach parasols if needed. A perfect location for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday. We loved it!

Property was good and as described but just lacked those little extras. Outside space was perfect - loved comfy seating area! Peaceful setting and great to be able to walk to local shop for bread and croissants in the morning. Inside a little updating would give this property more of an edge. Little things would have made a big difference like fridge opening the other way, provision of books and board games etc. The coffee machine took forever, there was an ironing board but no iron, there were no pool inflatables, etc. The air conditioning was not working in two of the bedrooms but this was dealt with when I reported it as promptly as possible. Other villas we have stayed in for the same money have been a bit more stylish but that all said we enjoyed our week and found it very relaxing.

Perfect and peaceful stay

We loved this property, 7 of us stayed 2 teenagers and my parents that have some walking disabilities. We enjoyed the outdoor area very much also appreciating the shade from the veranda on the hot days. Loved the area so lush and green with a shop close enough for my parents to walk to and the restaurant next door with lovely food. The beach was a short walk away and is beautiful and not too busy with a restaurant right next to it for food and drinks. We hired a car and drove to Porto Colon, Porto Cristo and Alcudia so a great base, would recommend this villa, we hope to go back again next year for longer. James our villa rep answered every call, was very helpful and accommodated in every way he could, we left feeling happy relaxed and rested, thanks for a great stay

Ideally placed in a quiet area of Cala Murado. Close to a fabulous beach, beach bar, a well stocked shop and other restaurants. Absolutely ideal. The property was showing its age in places and only one bedroom had working AC . This took a couple of days to rectify with mobile units. We would certainlt stay there again once the property has been freshened up.

The villa is outstanding and the pictures really don’t do it justice.

We stayed for a week in August 2022, the villa was outstanding, one of the best properties we have rented. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa is really well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Minor issue with the air-con in 2 bedrooms but every effort has been made to address this. The pool, and outside seating and dining areas, are very spacious and again furnished to a high standard. The villa manager, James, could not have been more helpful and was brilliant throughout the booking process and during our stay. The welcome pack, including fresh fruit, wine, water etc was a really nice extra. Would highly recommend this villa and hope to stay her again in the future.

Summer Holiday

We stayed here in July for a week as two families of 4 and had a brilliant time. Our host arranged for early check in for us and left fruit and wine on arrival which was a nice touch. The Villa is really well equipped with all the things you could need. The kitchen in particular has lots of equipment and a large fridge freezer. The outside area looked to have been updated from the pictures and had comfy seating that was great for hosting. The terrace attached to one of the bedrooms was also an added bonus and gave some more outside seating options. The pool was a good size and well maintained, giving hours of entertainment for our kids. The surrounding area is quiet with a well stocked SPAR supermarket less than 5 minutes walk. The beach was 10 minutes, a beautiful calm cove and had the option to rent paddle boards. The restaurant nearest to the beach was great and we ate their often as their aren’t too many alternatives within a short walk. The only negative was that the air conditioning wasn’t working in all rooms. The host had provided manual units but these were very loud and not great when trying to sleep. Overall, we would love to come back and stay next year

Nice place

Nice place in a very residential area. Short walk to beach and lovely beach bar. Another bar and small Spar is en route to the beach. Small village with a few bars and restaurants is a 15 minute up hill walk, rather it was that way rather than the other way after a few beers. The younger people of our party thought the area a little too quiet and beaded out a few times. Be aware of taxis to this place, we paid £64 one way for two of us. Overall the Villa is clean and very tidy, no complaints.

Super Urlaub

Uns hat der Urlaub in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber und besaß alle nötigen Ausstattungen. Besonders der Außenbereich ist sehr schön, mit der Terrasse, Pool, Grill und Sitzecke. Zum Strand und Supermarket (sehr netter Besitzer) sind es ungefähr 5-10min. Zum Ort mit 3 Restaurants dauert es 20min zu Fuß. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.
