Such a lovely place with incredible views. The location was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to town for restaurants and activities. The home was spotless and cozy, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

A magnificent view of the Catalina’s! Very nice condo complex. Kitchen was nicely appointed. Comfy beds. Highly recommend.

Comfortable but bare bones

Located close to our other family who live in Tucson. Things were clean but not many amenities. We basically only were there in the early mornings and for bedtime, so not a big deal. The instructions about the gate code were confusing...there were two codes listed.

We arrived late in the evening to a filthy condo. I texted the host and he offered to come over and clean it in 30 min. I declined, it was late and we were tired, and we were 2 women who did not feel safe having an unknown man come to the condo at 10 PM. Missed his message the next morning but allowed him to come that afternoon to clean. We sent photos of all that needed to be addressed: dirty floors, unchanged bedding, dirty floor and walls around beds, heating vents, bathroom vanity all filthy with longtime dirt, black mold under the kitchen sink. Screen door wouldn't shut and sliding door had no block to prevent unwanted entry. All pillows were old and heavy, no wash cloths, and kitchen was dirty, not 'well appointed' as described in listing and leftover open spaghetti box and syrup bottle in cabinet. After he came, we photographed again the above mentioned items that did not get cleaned or corrected. He did bring 2 new pillows (for a 3 bedroom condo) and did do some cleaning like the floors and heating vents (thus 2 stars instead of 1) but did not clean around the beds, the bathroom vanity and the black mold remained in the kitchen. Screen and sliding door remained the same. He maintained "I did not allow him to help me". He had an opportunity to clean and fix all the issues but did not. After daily phone calls to VRBO and texts to the host, we gave up, had to seek another place to stay for the remainder. I have a 5 star guest rating and never had such a poor experience.

Great view of the Catalinas

Nice condo inside a gated complex. The Owner (JC) and property manager (Sybil) were very attentive to our needs and took care of the one or two issues that we had. The property is conveniently located and close both to everything in the foothills and also to everything in Tucson proper. The only negative comment is that it's probably time to upgrade the cabinetry and some of the appliances. But overall, it is a very comfortable place to spend while vacationing in Tucson.

This is a very convenient place to stay for doing all kinds of adventures. Like it was said about this place, everything you need is at the condo and store’s are close. We’re hoping to come back.

Little hide away

This place had it all. Close to stores and restaurant's in both directions. There was plenty of things to choose from all around we went to Tombstone, Bisbee. Stayed local a couple of days and walked parks and just took in the sites and spent time with family. Everything you need is provided - just pack a suit case and enjoy. Only drawback was the upstairs neighbor - I don't think they are use to having people below and are a little heavy one the footsteps. picked up earplugs and was good to go :) I would most definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you so much for a great place to be able to stay and just enjoy some quality time with family. Suzanne

Great space for family

We traveled to a Tucson to meet our new granddaughter. We usually stay at a hotel but this time we wanted a space we could gather with more space than a hotel room. This condo was perfect. Great neighborhood, quiet community, beautiful views. We had more family visit each day with younger kids who loved the pool. We had the pool to ourselves each day. We are hoping to rent this condo on all our trips to Tucson.

Extend stay

My 2 classmates and I needed an affordable place to stay for 6 weeks while we were on medical rotations in Tucson. This place were perfect for our needs. Gated community, pool, spa, work out room, clean apartment, plenty of parking, and beautiful sunsets. The check in/out process was super simple and the owners were very quick with communication, special requests, and answering my questions. I definitely recommend this place!

Why they chose this property

This property is very special to me. The "aura" of the desert is second to none. Beautiful, serene, energy of this type is hard to get anywhere else! Wildlife is everywhere you look! Roadrunners, birds, coyotes, even Javalinas if you're lucky!

What makes this property unique

I've been in love with the desert for many years, but i picked this property due to the nearby amenities. First of all the view is amazing. We have top restaurants, shopping, supermarkets all around. Magical hiking trails all around. Championship golf courses, the Biosphere and the Gem Show are all accessible! it goes on and on!
