The house is spacious and great outdoor views and seating. Slept well in good beds. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, but no microwave. Host was great to deliver towels when the cleaning crew did not leave enough. Would stay here again.
The property was amazing. The views of Tucson were great. Due to rainy weather was not able to take advantage of what the property had to offer.

Older house, Property not maintained. Weeds everywhere, hair in the shower, not clean. We booked for 14 days and left after 2 nights. We asked for a prorated refund and the "host" told us to kick rocks. We contacted VRBO and they did nothing to help our situation from their "call center". We checked into a hotel and lost the rental fee. Steer clear of this property, the host, and VRBO.

My wife and I brought our dog with us so that we could see our daughter who is a student at the U of A. Moe was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The property was as advertised, and we loved the 3 acres for our dog to explore. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in the foothills.

Very relaxing with great views. It was cold out so we spent most of the time inside which was cozy with plenty of room for the 5 of us. How was easy to work with and responded quickly to a question or 2 that we needed to ask him. Rustic desert setting, very quiet and peaceful at night. So much better than renting 2-3 hotel rooms.
Moe is kind and prompt at responding. The home is beautiful. The outside yard is especially gorgeous with fire pits and a deck. Thank you for allowing us in your space.
Beautiful home, great location, wonderful views, lots of wildlife
Absolutely beautiful home, quiet neighborhood excellent Mountain View’s. House had amazing amenities,, decorated beautifully. Host immediately responded when we had questions and made us feel at home. Thank you Moe for opening up your amazing home. We will be back.
Property is quite nice and quiet. House was clean and well appointed withs lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We didn't use the TVs or cook, but all looked good. The only downside is the living space sleeping is a couch rather than a futon/hide-a-bed. Overall, it's a great rental for 5 or 6 guests.
The property owner, Mr Ali, was helpful, and communicated very quickly. The home was neat, clean, and organized. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The home is quiet and private and is well appointed with luxury appliances. I had the best sleep in months on the king bed in the master bedroom. We will stay here again, and we highly recommend this property!
We have rented many homes in Tucson and this is one of our favorite neighborhoods. Very quiet and nice walkable neighborhood- close to shopping and 10 minutes to Sabino Canyon. Great views of the mountains. We enjoyed birding in the neighborhood.
Moe was responsive to our needs and questions. The interior is all modern with new appliances, the outside is a little shabby and could use some paint. All in all a solid choice in a great location.
Great location, nice views, Enjoyed sunsets and morning coffee outside. Watched road runners run through the property, heard coyotes. No propane for fire pit, no lighter fluid for grill, some basic supplies missing .... Otherwise we enjoyed it very much!

Interrupted stay in the Foothills
The interior of the house was comfortable and well appointed and the location was in a central with easy access to our points of interest. The exterior and outdoor seating u fortunately did not quite live up to our expectations from a cleanliness or functional stand point. This could be a fantastic property if some thoughtfulness and care was put into the exterior and out door living spaces. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to a family matter.
Host was very available and helpful. Nice property but a work in progress. We did enjoy despite the following that could be better improved. Front door combination lock did not work and locked us out. Moe asked us to pay cash to the locksmith who got us in. He did reimburse us happily. Kitchen door had to remain unlocked for our entire stay. Front door lock never worked either. Gate lock not working. The microwave was full of spattered cheese- we cleaned it. The main bed has a hump.in center which rolls people out of bed. The office pull out was reported very very hard- just needs a foam mattress over for cushion or something. The misting shower in guest bathroom was VERY difficult to get water for hair rinse or soap washed off. Poor spray.Needs a stream of water! Mist does not do! The skylight by door leaked in rain needing a bucket. The propane gas fire pit outside has a tricky turn on as the igniter switch was broken. There is no bed 7 or 8 for people - there are only 2 regular couches for them- no pullout. No linen or pillows seen. It was a lovely area and property. We felt it has a lot of potential and Moe was very responsive. Thanks!

Great location, okay property
Property is in a great location and very quiet. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is really not as depicted in photos – cabinetry is not finished with side and back panels or toe kicks or with knobs and pulls (making it interesting to open the cabinets and drawers), and there are 2X4’s holding up the countertops on either side of the oven/range. The kitchen is also not equipped well for a longer stay. The exterior is not really as depicted in photos. Overall, the exterior appears shabby and neglected, which detracts greatly from the desert landscape. The property also has a number of genuine plumbing and electrical issues which have been communicated with the owner and hopefully are to be rectified.
This property was clean and conveniently located for our needs and overall, we had a good experience. However, when we arrived the Natural gas to the house had been shut off by the gas company. We were unable to cook in the kitchen and there was no hot water. It took multiple communications with the property manager to address the issue prior to the gas company arriving 36 hours after the initial complaint to turn on the gas. Although the gas was restored there continued to be no hot water for the entire 3-night duration of our stay. The house was similar to what one would expect in an underdeveloped country and was in various states of disrepair. Several nails were found in the driveway along with trash in the surrounding yard.
This house has a high end kitchen, marble floors and bathroom, elegant although mismatched Italian leather furniture, but many areas of deficiency and/or lack of care. These include repairs that are incomplete, inadequate numbers of bowls and glasses, a gas BBQ with missing parts, outside lights that have no bulbs, broken items scattered around the outside area and the car port, and an exterior badly in need of tender loving care. We could hear a rodent in the roof over the master bedroom closet at night, and the driveway, which started over a flood gully, had a sinkhole that was ready to swallow a car wheel.Given the price we paid, (3,000USD per week) we explained these deficiencies and problems to the owner/manager and suggested a partial refund was in order. What we got back was a thumbs up emoji, which I can only interpret was in thanks for information about the rodent and the sinkhole. No refund has been forthcoming! There was no arrival information without prompting, no booklet of information about appliances etc, and no guidelines for departure other than time.We would not recommend this property to anyone.
