Twin bedroom x 1.
Double bed rooms with single/tressel bed x 4.
Double Bedrooms x 2.

6 Ensuites have WC, Wash hand basin and Shower
1 Ensuite has WC, Wash hand basin and large cast iron bath .
Towels and linen provided on a complementary basis and changed weekly or on changeover day.

Kitchen
Rangemaster cooker with 6 gas rings, hot plate, and wok holder. Two fan/convection ovens and separate grill. American fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, 2 kettles, 4 slice toaster, Tassimo coffee maker and coffee plungers. Table and 6 chairs. High chair & 2 travel cots provided.


Utilities

Washing Machine, Indoor airer and outdoor clothes line. Steam Iron/Ironing Board Laundry also available in village.



Living Room

Solid fuel stove, 48' TV, DVD Player, Kids toys, leather 3 and 2 seater and 4 single seaters and 4/5 seater. Solid fuel Stove.

Dining/Sitting Room

Large open room with comfortable seating, ornamental open fire and large table (seats up to 12) plus additional table which seats up to 6

Outdoor Facilities

There is a patio to the rear of the property overlooking the Valley. This includes outdoor furniture. A barbecue is also available. The garden extends to 1.5 Acres and includes a play area for children and outdoor toys. Off Road Parking for 15 Cars.
