About this property

Family Friendly Romantic and Spacious Country Lodge On Private Grounds

Hollow Lodge is tucked away in stunning countryside with breathtaking views offering huge privacy and an opportunity to taste the pleasures of a slower pace of life. The house has recently featured in one of Ireland's leading interior magazine's 'Ireland's Homes Interiors & Living' magazine July 2017 issue .The lodge is deceptively spacious and oozing with charm with a very large country kitchen ideal for relaxing in and soaking up the atmosphere of the surrounding countryside.Renovated and modernised several years ago the architect remained sympathetic to the local rustic ideal. Included in accomodation downstairs is a utility room, shower/WC, sitting room with open fire and Sky TV Channels, unlimited broadband, large hall with wood burner, double bedroom. Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twins, an ensuite shower in the double bedroom. The kitchen leads to a well sheltered west facing external patio with granite cut table and seating perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. Local village life can be experienced a short distance away (c. 5 mins walk) with a local grocer, a tradional pub with traditional live music, and a
church.Beautiful sandy beaches are within easy reach with the sheltered sandy beach of Clogga Bay only a 35 min drive and the scenic Ballymoney Beach approx. 45 min drive..
