Welcome to this beautiful holiday home that blends old-world charm with modern comforts. Picture yourself surrounded by stunning stone walls and architecture that's been around for 120 years, all while enjoying the calming sound of the nearby ocean.



It's the ideal spot for either a family beach vacation or a peaceful weekend retreat!

This two-story terraced house has two bedrooms downstairs—a twin room with an ensuite and a cozy double room, along with a communal bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with fantastic views overlooking Lahinch Beach. Plus, there's a cool loft area with two single beds, perfect for extra guests or just spreading out.

Just a heads up, there's no private parking here, but you'll find on-street parking nearby.

Bedroom 1: Double Room – Double Bed (ground floor)



Bedroom 2: Twin Room Ensuite – 2 single beds (ground floor)



Bedroom 3: Twin Room – 2 single beds (Mezzanine Floor - 2 sets of stairs to reach this room)



2 Bathrooms: 1 Ensuite (electric shower), 1 bathroom (shower) on the ground floor.





Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.



Early check-in and late check-out can be requested during booking, but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. If cancelled, any extra fee will be fully refunded.



Your Stay Will Include:



Fresh bed linen and towels, and complimentary hand soap.

We do not provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner or body wash, or hairdryers, so please bring your own.



You will also have 24/7 host access. Please note that a €100 physical call-out fee applies between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM for issues that are not our responsibility, such as lost keys or party complaints. Fee does not apply to phone calls.



Families & Children:



Children and babies are welcome, but please note that our properties are not childproof. We do not provide stair gates, cupboard locks or other child safety equipment.



We do not provide baby cots or highchairs, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Adult supervision is required at all times, particularly around stairs, open fires and outdoor areas.

The location was great and the views were beautiful. The main floor was fantastic. The first floor though (bedrooms and bathrooms) had damp floors - damp enough to make your socks wet. Right on the beach and quick walk to pubs with great music!

Loved this house and location

We stayed here with our adult children, 5 of us in all, and loved it. Great location, amazing view from the living area. We took a quick drive one evening to Doolin for some live trad music and delicious fish and chips, but also had great foo as well as a great bakery. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Lahinch

The house was perfect for my family's vacation in the west of Ireland. Great congregate spaces, while also providing plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy. Steps away from the breathtaking ocean, and a few steps away from shops and restaurants.

Sitting at the window watching the ocean so nearby was truly mesmerizing, relaxing, and just beautiful. The village had great food, music, and coffee. The beds were very comfortable.

This is such an incredible property. Its very unique designs and spectacular ocean views made it one of the most amazing places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. From an American perspective, the microwave and washer/ dryer combos were a little difficult to figure out but these were still very convenient to have. The neighborhood was also very welcoming. If we ever return to this area, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful way to see the Wild Atlantic Way

Amazing location. Very clean. Great to see the surfers at play. Close to great restaurants. No faults save parking not being exclusive is a bit of a pain especially when checking out.

Absolutely fantastic location, it really does not get any better than this. The unit does need a good deep cleaning. Blinds over the main window looking out on the ocean would be a huge improvement, as the setting sun made it hard to sit in the main room. Ultimately, the location cannot be beat and is definitely worth staying here.

Great getaway!

Great VRBO property! Property management was amazing and quick to respond. We did not have hot water when we arrived and the management send someone over right a way. Bathrooms could use some renovation but overall property was simply amazing! Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook a 10 course meal. We will definitely be back to the property!

Picture Perfect

What you see is what you get. The house in Lahinch was simply perfect. The property matched the listing spot on. The view out the giant picture window was breathtaking and was everyones favorite spot to sit. I’m a bit picky when it comes to cleanliness and this house didn’t disappoint. The town itself was lovely and the food at the restaurants nearby was delicious. I would definitely recommend this listing to all my friends and family.

Cross Seas House July 25

We showed up early straight from the airport (my mistake reading the check in time), and the property manager was gracious about messaging us when the cleaners were finished and the property was ready for us (still a bit earlier than posted check in). The house was lovely, and the view was as stunning as it looks on the listing. Our only compolaint was that both showers need new temperature valves- it's either tap cold or scalding, in spite of the instructions. Not a deal breaker- we would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Great location!!! Truly right on the water while walking distance to many restaurants and bars but still quiet for sleeping. We did have trouble finding parking but arrived Saturday night so I'm assuming other times/days of the week would be easier, we ended up dropping our luggage, finding parking and walking a few blocks back.Main area of house (living room & kitchen) is really lovely and I wouldn't change a thing, while the second bedroom and bathrooms are pretty small. Listing is accurate, just something to keep in mind, we couldn't fit two suitcases in the twin room as there was no closet/wardrobe/desk/luggage rack and obviously the 3rd bedroom space is a loft so keep in mind if bringing anything more than a duffle.Also keep in mind the hosts say they are unavailable for communication over the weekend, which I understand but probably wouldn't have booked if I had known. We didn't end up needing anything but it made me nervous in case we had as I didn't find out till it was too late to cancel.I recommend this property but for specific types of stays.

best location

the best location in lehinch. the property itself needa a little TLC. the cleaning is subpar. there were cobwebs and the floor was very dirty. the drain in the shower is clogged. the bathroom was dirty. there wasnt any instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. we had to figure it out because there was not enough towels for 4 people to shower. the fridge has a broken shelf. i would have been happier if i has a sweeper to clean the floors myself.

Hi Trina, We are SO sorry you were not happy with your stay. Unfortunately that property is very prone to sea salt dust from the stone walls and cobwebs can appear from one day to another. It's an original build (and not modern) and that's it's charm, but because of it, it's not as easy to maintain. But we can assure we are very strict with our cleaning and rarely, if ever, receive any complaints on cleaning, even at Cross Seas. But we will 100% look into it and see what happened and how we can improve. We will also investigate why you did not have one towel per person, as that is our standard and what you should have received. Sorry about that. Hopefully we get to see you again! We have a lot of other properties that are more modern that might suit you better :)

Gross and stingy

We booked this property for the obvious reason that it was in front of the ocean. Only to find the big living room window covered with bird poop. Only one towel per person. Half of the light bulbs were burnt out. Not one hook for the towels in the extremely small bathrooms left the toilet as the only choice to place them. The shower in the hallway seems to have a bad case of the hiccups. The other one would switch between cold and super hot. These were supposed to be a couple of relaxing days with a view during a packed trip but it was really disappointing. Clearly nobody cares to check the house before the new guests arrive. Wasted money.

HI, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Firstly we would like to apologise for all the issues. We wish we had known of those as you were staying as we would have sent our handyman straight away to fix them all. I have sent him today to clean the windows (we do clean them regularly, but being so close to the water, it does get dirty quite quickly - with bird droppings and sea salt). I have also sent him over to look at all the other issues. Regarding the size of the bathroom, yes, it is small. It's a very old house and that is what makes is so special as well. I am afraid this is not the ideal property for guests looking for a modern, big property - this is a property for guests looking for a very traditional old school Irish experience :) Again, we are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, and hopefully we get to welcome you back and you will have a better experience.

Paying for the view

This place is just like it is on the website, it's gorgeous. Only one double bed in the 3 rooms. Beds cannot be moved together due to the design of the frames - makes is difficult for two couples to share the house. Only one bedside lamp No hanging space for clothes. Nowhere in en suite for toiletries or towels. Towels are way too small and thin. Noisy on Saturday night, with bonus of 2 people having sex on the bedroom window ledge. Dead flies on main bedroom window ledge that had been there for a while. Couldn't get the oven to work on the Saturday, Steven came over on the Sunday to sort. If the instructions were in the house we could have used it. Flies on the inside and outside of the windows when we arrived. Apparently it's rare that this happens but it's due to the swell. This should be advised on the website It is a lovely cottage and in the right location for travelling up the coast.
