Upton House is a charming and conveniently located property just outside of the main town centre of Torquay. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, and is a brief ten-minute walk from Torquay Seafront (Torre Abbey Sands), as well as many other of Torquay’s main attractions.

Set over two levels, this home accommodates for the whole family; across 4 comfy bedrooms there are two double beds, a single and a bunk bed for the kids.

A breakdown:

As guests enter Upton House from the private driveway, the cosy living area is situated to the right with sofas, Smart TV and boardgames to enjoy. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a hallway leading to the vibrant open kitchen/dining area; this area is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances and equipment needed to rustle up family meals.

A door from the kitchen leads both to the utility room, containing all laundry amenities and a toilet, and the back garden. The garden is quaint and completely secluded, with a small lawn and boarded seating area for early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

There’s a bright and spacious family bathroom up the stairs right before you reach the first floor, in which you’ll find the free-standing bath and a separate shower cubicle.

On the first floor is three bedrooms and a large shared wardrobe.

This unique end-terraced house sits in a quiet and convenient spot within the English Riviera. Located just 1 mile from Torquay Seafront and within 1.5 from the stunning Babbacombe Downs, access to Torquay's key locations is no issue whether you're driving or on foot.

Other nearby attractions include: The Princess Theatre, Meadfoot Beach, Kents Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village, Torre Abbey Golf Course and more!
