Great place in a lovely village

I always stay here when I’m visiting my home town. It’s in a perfect location, with shops and plenty of places to eat.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shops, and although situated on a main street, the place was really quiet. Access to transit was very easy. The place was clean, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We had an outstanding stay at the Douglas in Uddingston. The location is perfectly situated in the center of everything in town and the ScotRail is a very easy walk away that gives direct access to downtown Glasgow. The property was fantastic and had everything we needed. If you plan to ride the train more than one or two times, stop at the window and get an SPT roundabout ticket! I will definitely be back the next time I head to Glasgow.
