With two bedrooms, our detached home is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from local woodland and 15 minute walk (5 minutes drive) from the vibrant town centre, local beaches and stunning south-west coast path.
The recently refurbished open plan kitchen/ diner, is the heart of the home, opening out on to the newly landscaped sub-tropical garden. Fully equipped with new induction hob, double oven and everything needed to cater for yourselves during your stay. The washing machine, microwave and additional sink are provided in the utility room.
The lounge provides two relaxing areas, whether it’s taking time for yourself on the sofa with your favourite book, looking out on the garden or gathering together to watch a film or your favourite programme.
The lush, private, sub-tropical garden offers outdoor dining and tranquil seating areas.
