There is a private dinghy bay below the cottage and just yards from the slipway.

The `cottage` has been renovated to a very high standard making a stunning holiday home and waterside retreat. The Packet Quays development is positioned just a short stroll from the centre of Falmouth, with its vibrant community, vast range of independent shops restaurants, bars and award winning sandy beaches.

Approachable via steps from the central courtyard or, alternatively, steps from the High Street descend down to Geachs Cottages. A communal pathway gives access to the front door, with recessed storm porch.
