LA FINCA by KlabHouse is a charming villa surrounded by a large garden with a private panoramic swimming pool on the Gulf of Tigullio.
The Villa can accommodate up to 7 people and consists of 1 separate double suite with private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a French bed (Queen bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Completely renovated, it is equipped with Air Conditioning and Wifi and is located just 10 minutes walk from the beaches and the center of Santa Margherita.
The property includes several dining and sunbathing areas that will give you the opportunity to spend most of your time outdoors.
PLEASE NOTE The Villa has a small private street parking. In the immediate vicinity of the Villa there is another free parking along the road, while at 800 meters there is a paid garage at a cost of €40 per day. We recommend arriving with small cars or renting mopeds to move along the coast.
Portofino can be reached by car / taxi in 10 minutes while the famous beach of Paraggi is 3km away and can be reached on foot or with 4 bus stops which stops 5 minutes from the Villa.
