It features a private pool and barbecue. The house has 5 double bedrooms with ceiling fans; 2 bathrooms and 1 half-bath; a fully equipped kitchen; a spacious living room; and a glass-enclosed terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. Free high-speed Wi-Fi; private garage for 3 cars.<br>The “<br>” space at Villa Torreón Benicasim is located in the centre of the lot, surrounded by the garden, the pool, the sun deck, and the barbecue area with a table and built-in benches.<br>The villa has two stories and a spacious basement/garage.<br><br>The basement level features:<br>- A garage with space for 3 cars. Outdoor tables, chairs, and lounge chairs; a portable clothesline; and several fixed clotheslines on one side. An iron and ironing board.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find:<br>-The glass-enclosed terrace with sofas/lounge chairs and a table. The windows are hinged so you can enjoy the sea breeze in summer and a comfortable temperature in winter thanks to the radiators.<br>-Entryway. You’ll find a guide with recommendations for restaurants, leisure activities, adventures, and more.<br>-The living-dining room on the ground floor features two comfortable sofas and a sofa bed, a glass table, a wide variety of books, a stereo system, a 40-inch Smart TV with access to digital streaming platforms, central heating for the colder months, and a wonderful fireplace to make your stay even more romantic.<br>-The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, reverse osmosis water system, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, blender, etc…<br>It also has a TV and a table in the centre of the room. They also feature built-in closets with hangers for your clothes and are equipped with mosquito nets.<br><br>The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and radiators for the colder months.
