The private garden and open terrace are nestled within lush mountain forest—a peaceful, shaded setting ideal for breakfast with squirrels nearby or quiet evenings listening to owls. Sea and mountain views are visible from the surrounding area; the terrace itself is sheltered by trees, offering privacy and a natural atmosphere rather than open vistas.



Shared parking is available on the property. Please note there is no public transport in this mountain area, so a private vehicle is required. The hosts' cats may visit you; please consider this if anyone has allergies or feels uncomfortable around animals.



Parties and events are not permitted.



The accommodation is a fully renovated area located below the hosts' main residence, offering privacy while they remain on site. Hiking and cycling routes, including a second-category mountain pass, can be explored from here. The beach and music festivals are just a 15-minute drive away.



Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Quiet hours are from 00:00 to 7:00. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out before 12:00.
