Away from it all

We enjoyed every minute of our winter break in this wonderful villa. From the moment we were checked in, it just felt right, comfortable, peaceful and calm, and suited our needs completely.

Halloween half term

Lovely stay with helpful check in, swapped summer bedding for winter duvets with no issues. Lovely holiday, shame about the weather but much needed in the community

Die Gastgeber und Vetreter sehr liebenswert und sorgsam. Das Haus aber ist für so kalte und feuchte Perioden nicht geeignet. Heizen mit kleinen Ölradiatoren, Klimaanlage und Holzkamin, um es einigermaßen warm zu bekommen. Ökologisch ist das unverhältnismäßig und nicht oder kaum zu bewältigen.Warmwasserbereitung ist einfach minderwertig. Erst müssen Unmengen an Wasser durchlaufen bis überhaupt Warmwasser (ca. 45 bis 50 Gr.) kommt, um dan festzustellen dass es nur so heißes oder nur kaltes Wasser gibt. Damit kann man nicht duschen oder am Waschtisch waschen. Auch hier gilt, ökologisch unverhältnismäßig.Die Möbel sind alle abgenutzt, Sofas durchgesessen, Küchenstühle dreckig mit festgeklebten Essensreste, wackeliger Küchentisch, Backofenund Spüle nicht sauber. Schlecht funktionierende Staubsauger, den wir immer wieder aus einander nehmen mussten, um einigermaßen Saugleistung zu bekommen.Wir sind früher als geplant abgereist.Der Ehrlichkeit wegen, muss gesagt sein, dass wir uns bei besseren Wetterbedingungen vielleicht weniger enttäuscht gefühlt hätten.

Liebe Gäste, es tut uns leid, dass Sie uns eine so schlechte Bewertung gegeben haben, ohne zu erwähnen, dass Sie in einer Zeit zu uns gekommen sind, in der es die stärksten Regenfälle seit 10 Jahren gab und überall in den Nachrichten berichtet wurde, dass es in Spanien schwere Unwetter gab. Unser Haus lässt sich mit dem guten, neuen Holzofen und der kostenlosen Klimaanlage, die auch heizt, perfekt warm machen. Wie Sie sehen können, haben andere Gäste, die ebenfalls im Winter hier waren, eine 10 gegeben. Wir verstehen nicht, dass Sie uns nicht mitgeteilt haben, dass das Haus tatsächlich so schlecht gereinigt war und Sie mit dem Warmwasser nicht zufrieden waren, während Sie unsere Schlüsselhalterin wegen vieler anderer Kleinigkeiten sofort kontaktiert haben. Wir hätten sofort Maßnahmen ergriffen, um dies in Ordnung zu bringen. Wir möchten nämlich, dass unsere Gäste zufrieden sind, und arbeiten sehr hart daran, jedem einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Das spiegelt sich in ausschließlich guten Bewertungen wider, außer jetzt.
