Great apartment in quiet, convenient location. Easy walk to the main attractions, restaurants and bars.

Beautiful area, close to restaurants and bars and shops; quiet at night. Ongoing construction on the top floor of the apartment building. Unfriendly neighbor allowing his dog to poop inside the entryway and construction workers smearing it throughout the stairwell. There is no shampoo, bar soap. Liquid hand soaps are watered down. There is toilet paper. You will need to take stock on arrival and fully supply to stay here. Pots/pans were unusable and unrecognized by the induction stove top. They brought new ones midway thru stay. Mosquito problem at night. There is standing air conditioners but no obvious way to attach them to a window without rummaging thru rubbish outside and making a cardboard template to fit a window. We used alcohol and sleeping pills instead. This apartment made me want to stop using VRBO and start using small boutique hotels nearby. This apartment has zero charm.
