Beautiful villa

Absolutely loved the villa, will be looking to book both for a full family excursion next year as the villa in front had stunning views over the sea to Zante whilst ours had a gorgeous Mountain View. Greta access to the coastline & Argostoli. Can’t recommend highly enough. Best to rent a car though, walking anywhere is impossible 😊

Fantastic holiday

A truly beautiful villa in a wonderful setting. Pur host Giorgos was very responsive and accommodating, upon arrival we were greeted by Daphne who was super friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. We also received a basket of local goodies, such a nice touch. We stayed for a total of 11 nights and the villa got cleaned twice, much appreciated.The local beach is about an 8 minute walk, with crystal clear waters.

Lovely Villa and Surroundings

This villa is wonderful. It is decorated nicely and has beautiful views of the sea and Mt Ainos. The pool was cleaned several times a week and had a nice area to relax and enjoy the sun. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The walkable beach is very clean and beautiful. We liked that it was an only a 15 minute drive to Argostoli and other beaches. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions and concerns promptly. Totally recommend this villa. We are coming back!

Good & well designed villa

Well equipped new villa with teething problems which hopefully will be resolved. Good layout which was ideal for our group of 6. Shutter blind in downstairs bedroom not functioning & needed to be operated manually on daily basis. One of upstairs air conditioning initially not functioning but got resolved after 3 days. No pool side outside lights which meant unable to sit out later in the evening. However this has been one of our better experience with holiday villas rental & have no reservation in renting this villa again.

Stunning Villa

We had a terrific stay at this villa. Everything was as described - although I may say - better than the pictures indicate (this may change when they update the pictures). The view over the Ionian is incredible and on the other side olive groves. The private pool is great and there's a lot of courtyard space around it (although no safety fences which is a point to note if you have very young ones). There are some design quirks of the villa, such as no internal staircase, but beyond that it is very difficult to fault the place. There are also some strange decisions in what's provided - for example, no sponges which meant we had to buy our own. It wasn't a big issue, just curious since the standard of fit out and also the range of kitchen implements provided was excellent. It's a walk to the beach, although a drive if you have young children. It's not far from Argostoli either (about 15 mins) and whilst pessada itself is quiet, there are lots of interesting things scattered around a 10 minute or so drive radius. Overall, a really pleasant stay. I would highly recommend a stay here.
