The property is fully renovated, clean and bright. Walking distance to the beach, market, boulangerie and supermarket. We loved it and so did our dog. Thank to Pascale and Fabien for welcoming dogs.

Wir waren 2 wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus. Wirklich alles nahgelegen: Bäckerei, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mehrmals die Woche ein Markt, wo man alles kaufen kann: von Obst, Gemüse bis Klamotten und Schmuck. Wir fahren oft nach Südfrankreich und bis jetzt der wunderschönster Strand genossen. Weitläufig, fein und endlich lang. Klares flaches Wasser, super für kleine Kinder

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Küche ist nagelneu und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber.Es ist ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Fahrräder, Gasgrill, Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Terassen und zusätzlich noch einen überdachten Platz mit Sonnenliegen. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Coste war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Als die Waschmaschine kaputt ging, wurde am gleichen Tag Ersatz besorgt. Wirklich toll. Zudem hatten wir sehr viel Spaß mit den beiden zahmen Landschildkröten, die in dem Garten frei herumlaufen. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Garten ist umzäumt und perfekt geeignet für Gäste mit Haustieren. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.

Je recommande vivement ! Une petite maison très accueillante, très propre, très bien équipée. Très bien située au calme dans un quartier résidentiel et en même temps à quelques minutes à pied de la longue plage de sable fin de Canet et des animations du front de mer. Fabien est un hôte souriant, positif, disponible en cas de questions. Nous étions deux adultes; une chambre pour chacune et c’était juste parfait. Les chaises longues avec matelas étaient bienvenues, ainsi que la climatisation. Pensez à prendre vos serviettes et vos draps. Un endroit à retenir ! Bon séjour à vous qui me lisez!

Sehr schönes Haus, modern eingerichtet mit viel Raum zum Wohnen. Nahe am Strand und Restaurant. Mit Fahrrad und Schildkröten.Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Eine wunderschöne Woche mit Hund

Alles war sehr gut! Gute Ausstattung im Haus mit kleinem Garten. Das Auto leider nicht passt aber neben dem Haus auf der Straße sehr sicher war.Strand 5-7 min Gehweg, Supermarkt 7 min mit dem Auto falls jemanden was großes braucht. Die kleinere Märkre oder Wochenmarkt kann alles „geben“. Als Highlight 2 Schildkröte)))Der Besitzer ist sehr nett!

Tolle Zeit

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Im Garten waren noch zwei Landschildkröten die man morgens mit einem Kaffee beobachten konnte. Der Markt ist auch nur 500m entfernt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder:)

Maison très bien placée

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine, maison très bien équipée,propre et très bien située dans Canet. L'extérieur mériterait d'être un peu mieux entretenu. Excellent accueil.

Logement au top

Dommage que le jardin ne soit pas entretenu, manque de tonte et de taillage des différents arbustes. Le jardin n'est pas au niveau du logement
