TD Lamia Porta Rossa, Countryside w/Olive Trees

Among the century-old olive trees of the Apulian countryside, just a few kilometers from Fasano and only 5 km from the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, stands Lamia Porta Rossa, an ancient stone dwelling where tradition meets contemporary comfort.
Once a rural lamia, the house has been carefully restored to welcome guests into bright and harmonious interiors. The entrance opens onto a spacious open-plan living area enhanced by beautiful stone vaults, featuring the kitchen and living space—an environment designed for conviviality and relaxation. An open mezzanine level, harmoniously integrated with the living area, hosts a double bed and is ideally suited for teenagers or young adults.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. From the kitchen, guests can step directly onto an outdoor veranda with folding glass doors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces and opening onto the swimming pool and the peaceful surrounding countryside—perfect for shared moments, from breakfast to sunset dinners.
Outside, a well-kept garden and a charming, fragrant pathway lined with aromatic plants, olive trees, and fruit trees lead to the 40 sqm swimming pool with sun terrace, an inviting space to unwind under the Apulian sun.
The location is ideal for exploring the area: within minutes you can reach the beaches of Savelletri, rocky coves, and sandy stretches along the Adriatic coast. Fasano, with its historic town center, is close by, as are Ostuni, the famous  White City , Monopoli, Locorotondo, and the most charming villages of the Valle d’Itria. Surrounded by historic masserie, food and wine routes, and timeless landscapes, Lamia Porta Rossa is the perfect starting point to discover the authentic soul of Puglia.

A late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use the service, we will provide self check-in instructions and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, check-in between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM is available at an additional cost of €100.00. . City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
