Die Parkmitarbeiter waren sehr nett, leider hat die Kommunikation mit fewo nicht gut geklappt. Hatten angefragt ob zusätzlich 2 Hunde dazu gebucht werden könnten, daraufhin kam eine Zusage mit dem Hinweis das noch eine Buchungsbestätigung mit Zahlungshinweis kommen würde, aber es kam nix. Dann nochmal eine Nachricht an den Gastgeber geschrieben, keine Antwort.Dann mit dem KI Assistent von fewo geschrieben, der dann sagte das wir die Hunde mitnehmen könnten, hätten ja die Zusage.Dann im Park angerufen, da wurde mir dann freundlich erklärt das die Hunde nicht dazu gebucht wurden und das in unserer Unterkunft auch keine Hunde erlaubt sind.Hätten wir uns auf die Zusage oder auf die Nachricht vom KI Assistent verlassen hätten wir vor Ort ein Problem gehabt.Finde ich unmöglich.
