We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was immaculate and having the beach right on your doorstep was the icing on the cake!The Games room had absolutely everything you could think of and the hot tub was an added bonus

We had such a wonderful stay here! 3 generations celebrating our Mum’s birthday. The location is stunning, they have thought of everything you could possibly need is provided, the decor is lovely and it was spotless! The hot tub and games room is an added bonus. The provision of a cake was a lovely touch! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Everything about the house was welcoming. Lots of thoughtful extras on our arrival- milk and a selection of drink in fridge, and cake! Very comfortable accommodation. Beautiful view from the main living room.

We had a wonderful stay over the Halloween weekend. The house is very spacious - plenty of room for our party of 4 adults, 3 children and a dog. It was well equipped and the location right on the beach is amazing. We used the hot tub everyday. The welcome pack was a real treat! A superb modern holiday home enjoyed by all… we didn’t want to come home….

Superb location. Literally open back door and on the beach. Lovely facilities. Much use made of the hot tub, games room and bbq. Good local pubs. If you love fish go to the Crab and Lobster. Amazing food. Would thoroughly recommend.

40th Birthday celebrations with family

The house was exactly as described and had everything that we needed for our family weekend away. It was very clean and the hosts had thought of everything - even leaving us some treats on arrival. The views were gorgeous and we especially loved the hot tub!

Amazing property

A wonderful property, superb host in a terrific location. Our family of 7 aged between 23 and 80 thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here. The sunrises in the early morning were spectacular. The house has everything you need and more. We would absolutely recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Truly relaxing stay

What a truly relaxing stay. The beach location can not be beat and I worry that no holiday location in the UK will ever outshine this truly wonderful property! Sitting outside drinking tea and reading a book was exactly what we needed. Kids were always entertained whilst at the house and loved their first ever hot tub!

Great location -On the beach

Great property, listening to waves on the shingle. I love this sound” property had lots of little extra touches, hot tub, games room, nespresso machine, chocolates on the pillows and even a treat for our two dogs. The whole family enjoyed included our two dogs.

Fantastic location both for its panoramic views of the beach and sea alongside great local amenities and places of interest to visit. The living space worked brilliantly for our multi-generational family holiday as even the “cook for the day” was not excluded from the view and everything that was going on. We have just returned from the most wonderful stay and honestly didn't want to come home. It was exactly what we needed.Dean was an exceptional host, responding promptly to any questions before and during our stay. We were also very kindly allowed an early check-in as the property was ready, which was such a thoughtful gesture and gave us even more time to enjoy this beautiful home.We were welcomed with the most amazing gifts, including a delicious cake and several other thoughtful treats. Even our dog wasn't forgotten, which was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.The property itself is absolutely stunning and has everything you could possibly need, and more. It is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and equipped to an incredibly high standard. Our 20-year-old son was completely blown away!There was so much to do that we were never bored – from kayaking and playing pool, darts and table tennis, to relaxing in the hot tub and simply sitting outside taking in the breathtaking sea views. Being right on the beach was so peaceful, and watching the sunsets each evening was unforgettable.Thank you, Dean, for making our stay so special. This was an amazing break and exactly what we needed. We would love to return one day and couldn't recommend this beautiful property more highly.

Great house for a family gathering

The house is exactly as described, and the view from the dinning/living area is one you won’t forget. The owners have thought of even the smallest details to make your stay a memorable one, games room and hot tub kept even the teenagers in our group happy. It's the little details that make the difference like wireless charging for devices, a fully stocked coffee machine and different flavoured teas, plus the welcome gifts and immaculate property really does make you say "Wow" as you walk through the house and view the sea for the first time. I would recommend. The house is in a little oasis of calm and perfect. There were even Seals popping their heads up in the sea as we looked out in the morning.

Great Stay

The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect.

Amazing

2nd time here and the addition of the jacuzzi just adds to the most fantastic stay. Whole booking process was easy with Dean and house was spotless. Waking in the morning to that view cannot beaten. Lots of lovely walks and playing at the arcade. Will be returning again.

Wow!

What a fantastic house, furnished to a very high standard and you don't need to take anything, Dean and Julia have thought of everything. The Games Room in the garage was a huge bonus. Amazing location, easy walk to café, amusements and pubs. We will definitely be returning.
