Fantastic house in sputhern Sardegna

The house is very nice and comfortable. Very efficient usage of space. Kitchen utensils could be improved. Pool is nice and clean. Walking distance to two different beaches. A bit further away from other main attractions. Gloria was great.

Excellent first experience with Vrbo and Sardinia.

We had a lovely time at Villa Nemea. The Vrbo website made booking a little tricky as we wanted 6 days not 7 but Gloria was a great host and we got there in the end. The excellent communication with the host, Gloria, put my mind at ease booking through a new platform.The villa is traditional, a little rustic, but perfect for our adult family group. Having three shower rooms is fantastic for sharers. We loved the outdoor space, the table tennis and comfortable beds!The villa is in a stunning location, with fabulous views. Technically, you can walk to the beach, supermarket and a couple of restaurants, but in reality you do end up popping out in the car as it is hilly and hot! Visiting very early in the season (last week of May) the season was only just starting and the local beach club was not open, but the advantage was the roads were quiet and parking no problem. Sardinia is stunning. The water is amazing - it really is as blue as the pictures! We wouldn’t hesitate to book Villa Nemea or another property hosted by Gloria in the future.

Wunderschöne sardische Villa mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Nemea, denn wir haben schon vor 9 Jahren das voll ausgestattete Haus, mit dem infinity Pool, der Aussendusche, dem Grillplatz und der schönen Dachterasse und den Blick auf die Bucht von Genn‘e Mari sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass Gloria weiterhin das Haus betreut, denn sie ist einfach mit Herz und Seele für Ihre Gäste da und beantwortet einfach alle Fragen und hat tolle Tips, auch am Abreisetag hat sie uns noch zu einem schönen Tag verholfen, da wir eine späte Abreise hatten. Jeder der einen entspannten Urlaub in unmittelbarer Nähe von wunderschönen Stränden und Ausflugszielen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Einfach buchen und genießen

Wunderbares erholsames Haus

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Nemea und hatten einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hauses ist erhöht und die Terrassen bieten einen fantastischen Blick ins Tal und aufs Meer. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, der Pool war einfach das Highlight für unsere Kinder.

Villa....da sogno!!

La casa è molto curata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bellissimi gli esterni: immersi nella piscina, piccola ma carina, si può godere della magnifica vista su Torre delle Stelle. Ciliegina sulla torta: la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gloria e del suo staff <3 Decisamente consigliato...Grazie di tutto e alla prossima!! :)

Großartiges Zuhause für zwei Wochen

Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern zwischen 15 und 17, hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Nemea. Der Support war toll, die Villa wurde zwischengereinigt, der Pool zweimal pro Woche gepflegt. Auf den verschiedenen Ebenen konnte man gemeinsame Zeit verbringen und sich auch wunderbar verteilen, wenn einem danach war. Die Klimaanlagen waren ebenfalls hilfreich. Besonders schön waren eine nicht einsehbare Außendusche und der Salzwasserpool. Glorias Support war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Wenn möglich, kommen wir jederzeit gerne wieder

Wunderbares Haus mit Pool und Aussicht

Ein wunderbarer Pool mit Hdyrolyse-Technik. Kein Chlor. Das Haus ist am Berghang gebaut und die Zimmer sind unterhalb des Wohnzimmers und dadurch sehr kühl (Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden). Viel Platz für 4-6 Gäste. Geschirr/Gläser eher nur für vier Gäste vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage. Drei schöne Stränd in der Nähe, Supermarkt und gute Restaurants.

Parfait !

Située dans une petite ville au sud-est de Cagliari, la maison dispose de 3 belles chambres, un grand salon et différents espaces extérieurs qui permettent de profiter de la belle saison tout au long de la journée. La piscine est très appréciable avec sa petite « plage ». Un grand merci à Gloria pour son accueil et ses conseils très précieux pour bien profiter de la région.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Nemea sehr genossen. Rund um das Haus finden sich unterschiedliche Terrassen, teilweise mit Meersicht. Der Pool bietet an heißen Tagen eine tolle Erfrischung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful villa, great host!

Villa Nemea was excellent and as advised. Very peaceful and private. Lovely pool and lots of areas to sit out. Location was amazing. The local beach is beautiful and easy to get to. Many other great beaches within a 30min drive. We had a fantastic trip, would return again! Gloria was super helpful and responsive - a pleasure to deal with!

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir können die Villa Nemea für einen Sardinienaufenthalt sehr weiterempfehlen. Sie bietet für bis zu 6 Personen ideal Platz u. ist guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Strände in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Gloria war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Check-In u. vor allem auch Check-Out haben wir kurzfristig u. einfach organisieren können. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt !

Just excellent

Regarding the location, it is a quiet place surrounded by nice beaches. All the conviniences are accessible in 5 mn by car. In a radius of 60 KM you can discover many nice places. Regarding the house, it is very clean and the weekly housework helps you to feel really in holidays. The entire house has air conditionning that is really precious during summer. The swimming pool is great with salt water. You do not experience any discomfort even if you stay hours in it. Just have in mind that it is too small to really swim for adults The last but not the least, it is just the best property manager that I dealt with. Any issue you can face is fixed in few hours (or less). Any question you can have is answered even if it is not directly in her mandate. A real advantage that makes the difference !

Really nice holidays quiet relaxing and peaceful!

We really appreciated our stay in Gloria’s house. Everything is made to make your vacations the best ever! Everything is well furnished, lot of spaces to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The swimming pool is really nice especially in the nigh with an amazing blue light:) Thanks to Gloria who was really nice to us and help us with all our questions!! We recommend this place !

Amazing Villa

We stayed at Villa Nemea for a week. The Villa is a great place for families and adults. The pool was perfect for our 5-year old and we enjoyed it from sunrise to sunset. The surroundings are quiet and there's a small village nearby with a restaurant and a grocery store. The hostess, Gloria, was nice, professional and made sure our stay went smooth. Sardinia, we'll be back!

Fantastic Villa

The villa is in an envious location high up over looking the bay and sea. It’s mid size accommodation is great for up to six people. The pool and outside space are great too. The only one issue we had was with mosquitos. You have to take a lot of precautions if want to avoid the bites. There are steps outside the villa which are a shortcut down to the sea and local shops. Be very careful as they not maintained and a slip hazard. Overall a great villa in a great location.

Wonderful Week in a amazing Villa

6 of us spent a week in Gloria's stunning Villa Nemea. The property is lovely with amazing views and really nice pool. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and Gloria was very helpful and responsive throughout booking and stay. The beach is a short walk down 10-15 mins with a walk back up being fair amount of steps, this is the price to pay for lovely views. There is also a nice area for snorkelling again a short walk away (with steps again). Local shop has lot more than you would imagine and the beach has a small bar and boat rental.
