This cozy cottage is perfect for a family of 4-6 offering spectacular lake and mountain views!
Great morning coffee off the master on your own private deck overlooking the lake.
Screened in area for dining as well with views
Association of 5 homes, private beach just steps away! Perfect for playing and swimming which includes a swim raft.
Walk to town only .2 mile/5-7 minute walk to downtown Meredith (restaurants, shops, ice cream and supermarket).
2 parking spots available.

In addition to summer months the home is also great in the fall and winter months as well. Gunstock ski mountain is only 20 minutes away with lots of seasonal activities for all ages.
North Conway, Loon, Attitash and Waterville are about an hour away for additional great skiing and winter activities.

Linens and towels are NOT provided in this rental.
WIFI updated in 2021 and smart TVs in Master and Living Room.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the key to the lockbox upon check out and leave the second key on the counter.
WINTERTIME: Put downstairs heater/monitor located next to the slider leave it set to 52 degrees. ( select temperature and press set)
Make sure all electric heat is turned off. (bedrooms, bathroom and downstairs, and the downstairs electric heat should not be used only the monitor for heating.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The view from the cottage is spectacular, you can walk to Meredith from the cottage and the mattress was really comfortable. Finally, the host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. A pleasure, I’m sure we’ll be back.

Close to town with GORGEOUS views. We enjoyed coffee and cocktail hour at the ends of each day on the upstairs desk. Kitchen is well equipped for meals and the house was very clean. FYI / As lake houses can be, its very close to other neighbors.

Relaxing Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is incredible and the property and clean and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by the bottle of wine left for us on our arrival. It was the perfect setting for our quick weekend away. We will definitely be back!

Our family, including our two young sons, absolutely loved our stay. You can’t beat the views out to the lake and the convenience of a quiet sand beach just steps from the house. The check in process was smooth and the owner was very responsive to questions. We hope to book here for our vacation next summer!

Peaceful Lookout

The Property was clean and seemed well maintained. Great views of the lake. There were stairs down to the waterfront but it was lovely there, great for swimming and water stuff. Water levels were high so not too much area for sitting, there were tables and a swimming dock. Waterfront is shared but this was never an issue and never crowded. Cottage was well equipped. No air conditioning but plenty of fans and it was comfortable. Master had lovely view and sliding doors to deck. Very nice spent a lot of time there. Hosts were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property to others

Comfy house and beautiful view

My husband and I loved our stay at the charming little house. The deck was perfect for gazing out at the beautiful lake view which is one of the best we have seen. Margo and Matt were very helpful with anything we needed and were very friendly.

Perfect lake cottage getaway

This was a perfect long weekend getaway for us. The cottage had a great layout, spectacular views of Lake Winni from the deck and a nice little beach to hang out and swim. What was the even better was that it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Meredith. Margo was a tremendous host and was available at the drop of a hat with any questions we had. We will definitely be looking into staying here again when we come back to Winnipesaukee.

Great Location

This is a nice little cottage. It has a great view looking down Meredith Bay with Gunstock Mountain in the distance. Lakefront with a small private beach and a dock, that we fished off of. Easy walk to Meredith where there are many nice shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Hanafords Grocery store. Was very quiet at the house the week after Labor Day. The only negative was that the wi-fi was very weak in the lower level where the kitchen and living room are located, also in the second bedroom. Was best outside on the lake side and in the master bedroom. We wanted to sit in the LR after dinner and browse the web and couldn’t - had to go outside.

Awesome views with a cozy, cabin feel

Thank you Margo, Andy and Kim! Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at your cottage. The views were amazing and the proximity to the beach was priceless. We highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a place to stay in Meredith. It's in walking distance to town. If you have small children, the beach is perfect.
