Great location to explore Alicante. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for 3 adults. 2 bathrooms was nice along with having a washing machine. AC worked great, no issues.

Stayed for four nights in March 2026. A lovely apartment and it couldn’t be more conveniently located for the old town with lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

I would highly recommend this apartment. It’s in a great location near the beach, restaurants, the castle, etc. There was plenty of room for 5 people and accommodations were nice. The host, Maritza was amazing! She communicated well ahead of time to confirm arrival information. She also gave us tons of information about the area and many recommendations for eating and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Alicante Old Town

Location is everything about this 3rd floor flat. Located in the heart of the Old Town, you are never more than 5 minutes walk from the main attractions. The property is smaller than I envisaged and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are very small. Communication with Maritza, property manager was excellent. If you plan to be out and about then this property is good...but if you staying in alot, then it is basic and small.

L’isolation phonique est catastrophique On entend beaucoup de bruit venant de l’extérieur du côté des chambres à coucher et de l’étage du dessus.Les volets font du bruit sous l’effet du ventIl y a une odeur de renfermé dans l’une des chambre à coucher,et les draps ne sentent pas le propre.

We regret that the noise typical of the city center caused you any disturbance, especially considering that the apartment’s windows are sound-insulated. As for the odor you mentioned, we are very surprised, as we carry out a deep clean and thorough disinfection before every guest's arrival. It is also unusual that you did not mention this to us during your stay, particularly since you even extended your reservation by an extra day.

very noisy during carnaval but that's ok

A bit small but ok .... missing toaster and coffee machine and extra bed sheets .... it was difficult to get laundry to dry since there was no balcony but we did ok and enjoyed our stay very much

Spacious, centrally located apartment

A peaceful location in spite of being right in the centre of the old town, convenient for the Mercado tram station and for the bus to the airport, as well as walking, shopping, beach, eating etc. It is located on the third floor with an efficient lift. The rear windows overlook a bit of a building site, quite usual for such a setting in Alicante, which is currently undergoing quite a lot of renovation, but we suffered no significant disturbance from noise. The front windows are large and it was lovely to open these and enjoy the morning sunlight and a view of the castle and the old town. The apartment is really well equipped and the welcoming owners made every effort to ensure we had a comfortable stay, both at the start and throughout our stay. We were there for over a month through January and into February and, given that we also experienced the coldest spell in Spain for many years, it was pleasing to find that the heating system was sufficiently robust to keep us warm throughout. We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante, having such a nice homely apartment made all the difference. There is nothing to dislike, but be aware that the area does get very lively to 4am on Friday and Saturday nights (only) even in January. But as one other reviewer commented, because the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment they are pretty well insulated from the street noise.

Zentral im Zentrum

Tolles Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und Wohnzimmer in der Altstadt von Alicante. Blick auf die Burg Santa Barbara. Stadt, Hafen, Promenade, Restaurantso, Bars und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Aufgrund einiger Bars in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ist es am Wochenende etwas laut. Trotz nächtlicher Anreise hat alles super geklappt mit der Vermieterin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR PARFAIT

Excellent séjour passé à ALICANTE proche de toutes les commodités. En plein centre du centre d'ALICANTE, à 100 m de la plage. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Maritza est une femme très agréable et très serviable. Nous la remercions pour son accueil et son amabilité. L'appartement est magnifique, moderne, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un séjour de rêve. Encore un grand merci à MARITZA pour ce bel appartement et son accueil. Christian LOZANO.

Thank you Maritza Always on hand to answer questions before hand and a lovely friendly welcome. Perfectly positioned to experience Alicante this nautical themed cosy studio everything you require. there is an abundance of restaurants and such a lovely place. Beach is close (we opted for the hotel spa just around the corner) and did the boat trip. Should Alicante be on our destination list again we'll be back to stay.I recommend, and I'm sure return next year. Regards Clelia.

Maravilloso lugar para alojarse en Alicante

Maravilloso lugar para alojarse en Alicante. Maritza nos estaba esperando en el estudio según lo prometido y fue muy amable y servicial, a pesar de la llegada tarde desafortunada, nos dio un gran y personal bienvenida, se aseguró de que estuviéramos cómodos y tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. Dedico su tiempo para explicarnos todo lo que había preparado para nosotros y sus sugerencias de visitas. Estuvo en contacto con nosotros durante nuestro viaje. Y nos sentimos alegres de saber que estaría pendiente en caso necesario :-). El estudio es precioso y muy limpio y ordenado, se puede encontrar todo lo necesario, a los pies del castillo, era perfecto para nosotros, muy cerca de la playa. Disfrutamos de estar tan céntricos, con todo a poca distancia, cerca de restaurantes, Tapas, bares y heladerías, también hay un Carrefour Express 3 minutos andando del estudio, a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús que enlaza con el aeropuerto = excelente ubicación. . Te lo recomiendo mucho. Además tienes más estudios que ofrecer en la misma zona. – Muchas gracias. Saludos. Regresaremos. Fabio

Удобная квартира. Рядом центральный рынок, море, куча кафе. До автовокзала 15-18 минут. Исторический центр. Рядом собор св.Николаса. Кто любит узкие улочки, хочет окунуться в историю - рекомендую. Хозяйка очень приятная. Квартира чистая, подъезд чистый.

Me encanto este apartamento, muy bien ubicado, lo tiene todo, comodidad, impecable, no hizo falta que cogiera el coche para nada, cerca de la playa, de los sitios de ambiente, mercado, amable atención, referencias de Alicante, muy lindo todo....
