Another stay in this fantastically located apartment. Located very close to beach and Town Hall square, the Castle and great restaurants. Not a modern property, but everything you need for a long or short stay. Hope to go back soon.

Excellent stay

Apartment is in an excellent location across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Checkin was very easy and our contact, Nathalie, couldn't be more helpful.

Great location, comfortable property

The apartment was so comfortable for our group of five. The location is perfect, with a view the Santa Barbara castle on one side and the beach on the other. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, the beach, the elevator to the castle, and transit options. Nathalie was available for any questions or concerns. We definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Alicante.

The place is close to many restaurants and cafes and is next to Santa Barbara castle and Basilica of St Mary of Alicante. Very close ( 5 min walk) to Platja Postiguet where many celebrations were held while we were there, specifically the week of San Juan celebrations. Discotheques were held the whole week preceding the day of San Juan so there were alot of young people dancing til late in the morning. If you looking for quiet time on vacation then I would suggest to avoid that week. But if you're young and looking to party then this place is great place to stay because the windows are facing the disco area. The windows are also facing the Santa Barbara castle and the Mediterranean Sea, wich we really enjoyed. We watched the fireworks held on the beach from the balcony so we didn't have to leave our apartment. That was pretty amazing view. The 4th floor apartment had spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 elevators available. The hostess, Nathalie has made a stay pleasant. She met us on the arrival and the departure she came to say goodbye. She was always available to answer any questions or requests ( such as arranging taxi back to the airport). This was nice touch. Will come back again if back in Alicante.

Très agréable séjour. Emplacement exceptionnel. Vaste appartement qui dispose de tout le nécessaire. Accueil très sympathique. Seule piste d’amélioration : alléger un peu la déco très personnalisée.

Locatie perfect, overal vlakbij. Wel wat geluidshinder van de weg.Ruim appartement, schoon en netjes. De inrichting is een beetje ouderwets maar wel gezellig en alles was er. Kleine supermarkt links om de hoek.Communicatie ook heel goed.

Great Apartment

We loved this apartment, it’s very comfortable, has nice views and is in a great location. It’s 2 minutes walk to the beach and the same to the old town.

Spacious Appartment - Great Location

We were very happy and comfortable in this appartment. It is big and spacious, the kitchen is well equiped and the location is top. We were very nicely received and introduced by Natalie, who was very helpful and fast in replying mails. The decoration is a bit old fashioned but we can highly recommend this appartment for rent.
