In a beautiful newly built villa for rent a completely independent housing unit. It overlooks a garden of over 1000 square metres fenced with parking spaces. The sand garden reflects the naturalness of the place and houses in addition to native plants, succulents and Mediterranean flora.
Inside the house you can breathe a retro air, the landlady wanted to give an imprint of romanticism and creativity to the furniture; the result cleverly combined gives each room a unique look.
The villa built on sand dunes 150 metres from the sea, within the Pinewood of San Pietro is part of a large nature reserve called "Foci del Coghinas", . The stay is ideal for those who want to experience the holiday in complete relaxation surrounded by nature.
The beach with its 8 km of fine white sand and its blue sea is equipped with both a free beach and establishments equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, where you can entertain yourself for breakfasts, quick lunches or to sip an aperitif while waiting for the sunset and discover the magic of the colours of the sun that sets behind Asinara between Castelsardo and Isola Rossa. All this offers a spectacle that has no equal.
The owners stay in the same structure and will be happy to be available at any time and for any need.

What an amazing place!

We absolutely loved staying in Annas apartment. It is perfectly position to the beach. We loved the sun bed and hammock. We really appreciated Anna making us feel welcome and helping us with little queries through out our stay. The description in the ad was very accurate and honest. The only thing we'd recommend to improve the stay would be to add aircon or fans for extra hot days, and wifi connection. Overall we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. GREAT holiday spot!!!!

Perfect stay

Anna and her three charming flats (we stayed in appartement Ibsico) with a beautiful Sardinian pine garden within 200 metres walking distance of the beach are a real insider tip. We really enjoyed everything! The hammock, lounger and outdoor shower in the outdoor area were also great. Restaurants can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, but the kitchen is also very well equipped. The beach is a dream - with and without waves! Anna put an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for our 3 boys. That was great. Thank you Anna!

Verblijf bij Anna

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Alles was keurig netjes schoon en alles is aanwezig. Op onze laatste dag mochten we nog langer blijven om ons na een stranddag nog te kunnen douchen voor de terugreis. Zeer vriendelijke host Anna was niks teveel.

Idylle

Wir wurden von Anna schon vor der Ankunft super betreut, wie auch während des Aufenthaltes. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist ruhig gelegen und angenehm kühl durch den Schatten der Bäume. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier trotz nahegelegener Ferienanlage.

Ruhige Lage nahe am Strand

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben insbesondere an heißen Tagen den schattigen Garten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist nicht weit und war Anfang Juli auch nicht zu voll. Ideal für Kinder - das Meer bleibt lange recht flach.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans l'appartement Ibiscus qui se trouve au RDC de la villa, à côté d un autre appartement. Mais les espaces sont bien aménagés et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de l extérieur, avec sa terrasse, son bain de soleil et surtout le hammac 😊 L'appartement est très propre et bien aménagé, et se trouve à moins de 300m d une grande plage. Très agréable. De là, nous avons pu vadrouiller d Alghero à l archipel de la Maddalena (prévoir entre 1h et 1h30), mais ça se fait très bien. Et Castelsardo est tout près. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et avons pu bien découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne! Encore un énorme merci à Anna et sa famille pour leur accueil, qui sont vraiment d une grande gentillesse! Une salade de riz, des bouteilles d eau et de la pastèque délicieuse nous attendaient dans le frigo à notre arrivée, ce qui a été très apprécié puisque nous arrivions tard. Bref, je recommande vraiment ce logement où la vie nous a été bien douce!

Schöne, freundliche und saubere Ferienwohnung

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen selbstgemachten Reissalat. Der Garten ist schön gestaltet und liegt inmitten vom kiefernwald und sanddünen. Bitte berücksichtigjen, es gibt kein WLAN und es fällt auch immer wieder mal das Netz aus. Aber man hat ja Urlaub und sollte eh abschalten. In der Vorsaison hört man die vorne am Meer gelegene Ferienanlage nur minimal. Bei Anna ist es ruhig und angenehm kühl.

Sehr schön

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Anna und ihre Mutter waren sehr nett und die Wohnung schön gelegen. In der Wohnung war alles was man brauchte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß war man an einem sehr schönen Strand. Supermärkte sind in valledoria welche nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist.

Una settimana di relax in famiglia

Abbiamo passato una settimana all'insegna del relax (compatibilmente con tre figlie piccole) in questo bell'appartamento. L'accoglienza di Anna è stata perfetta:all'arrivo ci aspettava un'ottima insalata di riso, del melone e acqua fresca, gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Casa pulita, ridente e veramente carina. Abbiamo sempre mangiato in giardino sotto il pergolato. La spiaggia è a 5 minuti, comodissima grazie anche alla doccia esterna in giardino che permette di togliersi la sabbia e il sale senza passare dentro casa. Seggiolone e lettino da campeggio (che abbiamo sfruttato) a disposizione, zanzariere alle finestre (ma non abbiamo patito zanzare neanche in giardino). La spiaggia è lunghissima, si può tranquilamente trovare un posto non troppo attaccato all'ombrellone vicino. Unica pecca la costa nord molto esposta al maestrale ma con una mezz'ora, un'oretta max di macchina ci si sposta in spiagge più protette nel caso di mare troppo mosso.

Fantastic vacation in a great apartment

We rented this beautiful apartment for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. Anna is a great host, at our arrival there was water and a salad in the fridge. We could always ask her for help if needed. The location is perfect with lots of beaches nearby. There is also a nice restaurant in walking distance and all the supermarkets and small booths that sell fruit and vegetables are easily reachable by car within 5 minutes. Be sure to visit Castelsardo in the evening. A nice Italian town with a castle built on top of a small mountain. The apartment had everything needed for cooking and also beach towels and sunshades. The garden is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers. A great place to relax.

Einfach nur wunderschön!

Anna und ihre Famile sind sehr aufmerksame und entspannte Gastgeber - für jede Frage offen & nie verlegen, gute Tipps rund um Sardinien zu geben. Wir haben im Appartement „Ibisco“ gewohnt, was sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber war. Die Gartendusche hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Sehr schöner Garten, ruhige Umgebung und sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Grazie Anna!

Schoon en dicht bij rustig stuk strand

Toller Aufenthalt in Anna's Villa

Anna und ihre Mutter haben uns bei Ankunft schon erwartet und herzlich begrüßt, so etwas erlebt man selten! Dass meine Partnerin etwas italienisch spricht hat die Kommunikation dabei deutlich vereinfacht. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir einen selbst gemachten Reis-Salat, der uns am ersten Abend sehr willkommen war ;-) Die Wohnung war ordentlich und in gutem Zustand, und die Küche war erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, sogar Salz, Aceto ein Spülschwamm /-Mittel etc waren vorhanden, sehr vorbildlich! :-) Auch die Mappe mit von Anna empfohlenen Restaurants, Stränden etc fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Für einige vielleicht noch wichtig zu wissen, dass es nicht überall in der Wohnung LTE Empfang gibt (mit deutschem Telekom Netz Roaming). Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Alles super - Villa Anna im Grünen und in Strandnähe

Supergeschmackvoll gestaltete und supersaubere Unterkunft in Strandnähe (man kann bei Wellenschlag die Brandung hören). Die Nähe zum Strand sorgt außerdem für eine angenehme Brise, so dass man nicht einmal eine Klimaanlage braucht (was vielleicht auch daran liegt, dass das Haus vollständig von Bäumen umgeben ist - Temperatur innen war trotz Juli/August angenehm). Wirklich schön - auch der Garten vor den Wohnungen – Terrasse quasi im Grünen. Obendrein sind die Vermieterin Anna und ihre Mutter überwältigend nett. Also: Alles gut, alles toll – allerdings gibt es kein WiFi - wenn man viele Fotos per Smartphone verschicken will, muss man kurz in Richtung Strand gehen ... wo es kostenloses WiFi beim Hotel um die Ecke gibt😊

Un logement très accueillant dans une pinède paisible

Jolie villa ombragée et paisible dans la pinède. Accueil très agréable d anna et maria. Pleins d attentions et de détails pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Très bien placé (à 300m de la plage) Seul petit bémol s il en faut un : l animation de l hôtel de la plage un peu bruyante certains soirs.

Plage et Pinède

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette propriété au milieu d’une pinède et proche de la plage (100m) L’appartement Ibisco est très bien décoré avec goût et relativement confortable. Nous avons été remarquablement accueilli par Anna, Maria et Giorgio qui sont de bons conseils et surtout d’une grande gentillesse. Nous profitons de cet avis pour vous remercier une nouvelle fois pour votre hospitalité et votre disponibilité à notre égard. Nos 2 garçons ne cessent de parler de vous et de notre séjour. Einfach schön...

Wir haben am Ankunftstag eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll, aber geräumig eingerichtete, gepflegte und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Unsere Vermieterin Anna versorgte uns gleich mit Oma Marias leckerem Reissalat zur Begrüßung. Darüber waren wir überrascht, denn wir waren nach der Fahrt nicht sofort gezwungen, hungrig einen Supermarkt zu suchen. Die ganze Begrüßung war äußerst herzlich und wir wurden mit der ganzen sprichwörtlichen Gastfreundschaft empfangen. Die Sprachprobleme - wir sprechen leider nicht genug italienisch - haben wir mit Händen und Füßen schnell überwunden. Der Weg zum Meer aus der ruhigen Siedlung ist in 5 Minuten zurückgelegt und wir fanden eigentlich immer auch ein schönes Plätzchen an dem grundsätzlich gut besuchten Strand. Anna hat eine schöne und informative Mappe mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung zusammengestellt und auch der sehr praktische deutschsprachige Strandführer fehlte nicht. Terrassen und Garten hält vor allem Oma Maria in Schuss. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und vermittelt das Gefühl als würde man in den Dünen sitzen. Eine besondere Erwähung verdient hier der hauseigene Grill, denn er ist der erste auf unseren Reisen, den wir sauber vorgefunden haben. Unsere zwei Wochen endeten mit einer abermals leckeren Portion von Oma Marias hausgemachten Pasta. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und sind froh, uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden zu haben. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist auch, dass die Kommunikation mit Anna im Vorfeld super geklappt hat. Wir kamen also gut vorbereitet an. Es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes leider einen Wermutstropfen: Das am Strand befindliche Hotel Casteldoria unterhält eine Außenbühne, von der zwischen ca. 22:00 bis 23:30 Uhr je nach Wetterlage die Musik des Kinderprogramms herüberweht. Zwei Möglichkeiten: Eigenen Tagesrhythmus darauf einstellen oder die schalldichten Fenster schließen.
