Perfect location for our family. Easy access to so much the Netherlands has to offer. Host was excellent. We took advantage of the boat ride into Leiden and the chef. Food was fantastic. Arguably the best meal we had on our 8 day trip. Hopefully we can come back some day!

We feel so lucky to have discovered Villa Pura and Ode Ade. We had the luxury of staying in a beautiful Dutch countryside, access to water, and quick rides to big cities! Villa Pura is very special. It was enjoyed by our entire group which ranged in age from 13-84!

Very good

Alex is super nice. The house is too and so is the garden. A few minor drawbacks: the stairs are pretty dangerous for elder people, the is a rather loud constant noise in one of the bedrooms.

Spacious and elegant object equipped with all you need

Stayed here for 3 nights with 4 pairs of adults. This location is a perfect stay for your break. A lot of space especially for you at the end of the street in a cosy little town. 4 bedrooms for ten people and one separate bathroom. The second bathroom is integrated in one of the bedrooms. A huge kitchen and enough stuff to serve the perfekt breakfast, lunch and dinner inside or outside the building. Thanks Alex for the perfect communication upfront and the support during our stay!

Great Home for a Week with Friends/Family

This home was perfect for our group of seven, which included four children age 10 and under. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the living room and backyard were spacious places to gather. We enjoyed being in the quiet countryside with views of windmills, canals and sheep, and were surprised at how easy it was to visit various towns/cities via car or train from Leiden. Alex was easy to communicate with and always available to answer questions—we very much appreciated his hospitality. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this home to others looking for a similar experience!

Very, very nice House and Garden

Overall i can say that we ready enjoyed our short holiday trip with some collegues and friends. Everything was prepared as anounced and there was not a single thing missing. Standard is very high and the design of the garden is really inspiring. There is just one point that could be improved: If you want to use the boat, the hot tub or canoes, you have to pay them as an extra service, as they are not included. 3 normal Mountainbikes are included. Best wishes to Alex, the stay was great. Hopefully we will see us again. Philipp Eickhoff

Relaxing in Netherlands

8 members of my family (ages 3-81) stayed here to unwind after our daughter's wedding in Belgium. It was just what we needed! We intended to see the Keukenhof Gardens, but they were sold out for the day. Nobody was disappointed because saw the tulips from the car, and we all loved just being at the house! American VRBO website is a little misleading ... the sauna and hot-tub is NOT included, but I highly recommend adding them to your reservation if the weather is cool. Also, we rented a canoe for the day and paddled around the canals -- definitely worth the €25. There's a bedroom on the main floor which was good for Grandma. The steps to the other bedrooms would have been difficult for Grandma and were hard for the 3-year old. Overall, a fantastic trip in a wonderful place!

Tolles Haus, freundliche Vermieter
