Luxurious detached waterfront holiday villa with spacious yard

This holiday villa is not located on our De Tulpenacker park itself, but just 1 km away. It is slightly closer to the centre of Roelofarendsveen. During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy all the facilities of our holiday park.

Our small-scale holiday park enjoys a unique waterfront location on the edge of the village. Here, you can experience peace, space, and nature, while a wide range of attractions and activities are close at hand. Cities such as Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Delft, Haarlem, Gouda, and Leiden are all easily reached by car. The famous Keukenhof Gardens and the North Sea beach are also nearby. This makes it an ideal destination for a holiday with family, friends, or relatives — combining luxury, activity, and relaxation.

Built in 2023, the villa features a private, enclosed, spacious south-facing garden, a private jetty, and a cosy veranda. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house offers four spacious bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and includes an en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor, where you will also find two additional bathrooms with walk-in showers and washbasins. On sunny days, you can relax outdoors on your private waterfront terrace.

From this accommodation, you can enjoy beautiful boating, cycling, and walking routes. Exploring the surrounding waters by stand-up paddleboard (SUP) or canoe is great fun. SUPs and canoes are available free of charge and are ready for use at our park. Fishing is possible directly from your own garden (no permit required). Electric boats and electric bicycles can be rented at the reception of De Tulpenacker. During holiday periods, you can also make use of our convenient bread delivery service.
