Prachtige ligging, maar het huis is in slechte staat en totaal niet zijn prijs waard. Ontvangst was onvriendelijk en haastig. Het zwembad was niet schoon, de tegels errond zijn gevaarlijk versleten en er zijn geen parasols, hoewel het huisreglement er wel naar verwijst. De poolguy kwam onverwacht, bleef vijf minuten en het zwembad bleef vuil. Binnen is het onderhoud ronduit slecht: overal dikke spinnenwebben, een ranzige badkamer met schimmel, kapotte douchekophouder (al jaren gemeld), een niet‑werkende wasmachine, vuile en kapotte ventilatoren, “mobiele airco’s” die gewoon blazers zijn, en een plafond dat loskomt in de grote slaapkamer. Buiten zijn meerdere stoelen versleten of stuk. Het huis heeft potentieel door de mooie omgeving, maar de eigenaar negeert duidelijk al jarenlang dezelfde problemen. In de huidige staat absoluut geen aanrader.

Het huis is enorm verouderd en verkeert in zeer slechte staat. Het ruikt enorm muf door vocht pronlemen. De kamer met stapelbed is onbruikbaar en geen volwaardige kamer. Schandalig om deze woning in deze staat te verhuren.

Ons laatste bezoek was 2 jaar geleden. Je zag dat het nu echt wel hoog nodig was te moeten laten renoveren en te onderhouden. Ik praat dan over plafond in de ene kamer die op het punt staat naar beneden te vallen, de ramen en luiken dienen op z’n minst een nieuwe laag verf te hebben. Wasmachine werkte niet naar behoren (wat vorige keer wel was) Lavabo in badkamer kwam de stop niet meer los en naar boven. Rondom het zwembad wat kapotte stenen en onkruid… Heel jammer want het heeft zoveel potentieel met z’n ligging!
