Located in the peaceful village of Lichtenhain, near Sebnitz, this spacious ground-floor apartment is perfect for up to 6 guests. With two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and bunk bed—it’s ideal for families or small groups.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic 4-ring stove, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, and even a waffle iron—perfect for home-cooked meals and cozy breakfasts. The living/dining room includes a flatscreen satellite TV, radio, and dining table. The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet, while central heating ensures year-round comfort.

Guests can enjoy a shared 1000 m² garden with pond, play equipment, parasol, and charcoal barbecue (on request). A cot, high chair, washing machine, and paid tumble dryer add extra convenience. Parking and bicycle storage are available on-site.

Der erste Eindruck. Alles kleiner als auf den Fotos. Bettdecken sind sehr alt. Geschirr veraltet (nicht einheitlich). Backofen sehr günstig, wenig Leistung. Geschirrspüler spült das Geschirr sehr schlecht, Kaffebecher und Gläser sind sehr unsauber. In der Beschreibung: Handtücher vorhanden, beinhalten keine Badetücher. In den Zimmern sind keine Rollos vorhanden, man ist um 6 Uhr dann wach. Wenn man sich nicht selbst verpflegt, reicht es völlig aus. Die Wanderungen sind richtig schön. Den Kuhstall und die Schrammsteine kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Gerliz
