‘CASA BOUGANVILLE' IS A WELCOMING MEDITERRANEAN-STYLE HOUSE DIVIDED INTO TWO SEPARATE APARTMENTS ABOUT 150 METERS FROM THE BEACH OF BOSA MARINA, WITH PRIVATE GARDEN, BBQ, OUTDOOR SHOWER, PRIVATE VERANDAS WHICH CAN BE RENTED EITHER SEPERATELY OR TOGETHER.

CASA ‘ACQUA MARINA’- on the ground floor

This apartment has a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen with an island and a bathroom with shower.
There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, TV, DVD and WIFI.
The apartment has its own private entrance and its own private veranda in the garden, which is furnished with teak furniture. The garden offers space to relax and is equipped with sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower.
In a few minutes' walk ( approx. 150 metres) you reach the long sandy beach (free of charge) which slopes gently into the sea, the promenade with its restaurants, cafés and small shops.

Please note that the outdoor shower and barbecue are shared with the apartment 'Stella Marina'.

Secure space for bicycles and motorbikes in the private garden.

Beautiful family holiday house in an ideal location. Only a 2 min walk to a beautiful sandy beach and a 5min drive to Bosa old town and 4min drive to a grocery shop. The house is very functional, and well equipped. The outdoor shower is a great addition when coming back from a day at the beach. There is an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor area where to sit and relax. I loved everything about the house, we had a wonderful holiday.

We had a great time at Pietro’s apartment. We were welcomed when we arrived with a lovely bottle of local wine and really enjoyed staying there. We BBQ’d a couple of times and picked lemons from the tree for our gin ! The apartment had everything we needed with plenty of space for tbe 4 of us. Bosa Marina beach is really close and we had a great meal at the Galleon restaurant along the sea front. Alghero was a great day trip away - we went twice during our 9 days. The beach equipment was really useful. Thanks Pietro !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Strandnähe von 150m ist einfach genial.Pietro ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir können sowohl die Wohnung und den Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft nach am Meer

Wir waren eine Woche in Bosa Marina. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Strand. Dort sind gute Restaurants mit schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es hat einen schönen Garten. Alles wie es beschrieben war.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung: Geräumig, schöner Gartenanteil, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Persönlicher Empfang durch den freundlichen und sehr aufmerksamen Vermieter. Und es sind wirklich nur ein paar Schritte zum großen Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und möchten wiederkommen.

wunderschöne Ferien verbracht

Wir haben als Familie die Ferien verbracht. Die Wohnung mit dem Garten sind sehr schön, wie auf den Bildern, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sorgfältig und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Garten war wunderschön mit den bunten Blumen und den verschiedenen mediterranen Pflanzen, auch die Betreuung durch Pietro hat super geklappt! Die ruhige Lage mit Nähe zum Meer haben wir sehr geschätzt und war mit den Kindern toll! Es war ein toller, sehr schöner Ferienaufenhalt, vielen Dank!

Ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und großzügiger Vermieter regelt alle Probleme gern und unkompliziert. Die einzelnen Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr schmal, das Doppelbett ist breit genug. Sonst ist die Unterkunft erfreulich gemütlich und schön gestaltet. Wir waren gern dort.

Wohlfühlhaus

Die im 1. Stock gelegene Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, geräumig und hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Pietro hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war gut erreichbar. 2 Balkone und eine kleine Frühstücksterrasse im Obergeschoss sowie wunderbare sonnige oder schattige Gartenplätze sind zum Relaxen bestens geeignet. Zum schönen Sandstrand sind es nur 200 m. Ins Zentrum von Bosa sind es 2 km. Vielen Dank an Pietro für die schönen Tage in Bosa Marina.

Praktische Wohnung

Freundliche Begrüßung durch Pietro, Großzügig wurden Zucker, Kaffee und Früchte sowie einige Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt. Saubere Handtücher waren vorhanden, das Bad jedoch ziemlich klein mit WC inklusive. Im Freien gibts eine überdachte kleine Terrasse vor dem Eingang, Im Garten, mit Zitronenbaum Sitzgelegenheiten sowie- sehr praktisch- einen Brunnen um sich den Sand abzuspülen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz- zu Fuß nur 5min. Im Ort Bosa Marina gibt es wenige Geschäfte, Mit dem Auto erreichbar in wenigen Minuten sind Supermärkte in Bosa. Dafür gibt es in Bosa Marina einige Lokale, die tw. Nur abends geöffnet haben. Insgesamt passt das Gesamtpaket als Basis für einen schönen Urlaub.

Entspannter Urlaub am Meer in Wohlfühlathmosphäre

Wir haben zu viert für 9 Tage hier gewohnt . Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Pietro ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig . Er war immer erreichbar und hat zwischendurch auch 2 mal im Garten gearbeitet und gefragt ob alles passt. Ich kann sowohl die Unterkunft als auch den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
