ELEGANT AND PECULIAR APARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF MADRID

Enjoy a central and marvellous apartment located just metres from the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, in the heart of the commercial zone, with many services and shops, right in the centre of the centre!
It is the best option for couples or groups of 3 people who want to visit the city and enjoy Madrid's centre, a peaceful and fully equipped space.
Distribution
Apartment distributed over two floors, on the first floor a lovely reception area followed by a work zone with a desk and a comfortable chair. At the end of the corridor is the living room which has a comfortable sofa, convertible into a bed that can comfortably accommodate one person, flat screen television, perfect for spending an afternoon watching movies.
It has a complete bathroom composed of shower tray, washbasin and toilet.
On the second floor is the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing your favourite meals, a small dining room and the bedroom sheltered in a cosy space. The stairs are very steep and must be navigated with great care.

The apartment is available in its entirety for our guests to enjoy privacy during their stay. It is fully equipped and functional. You only need to arrive with your personal items and start enjoying your trip.
The nearest Metro station is Callao (Line 5), which is located 3 minutes walking, and the commuter train or Sol train station is 6 minutes walking.
